He is indeed a PPS and isnt upset or irritated by that,its seen as a power for him,he's smaller so he can move faster, fit through more areas and slip through crowded areas easier.

Kou is a very kind young plumie,who is openly minded and openly hearted too, he tries to help when he can and that can sometimes get him into trouble, he may be courageous but he can get nervous easily,in fact thats one of the main reasons he has good reflex is because of how jumpy he can get especially when in self doubt or fear.

Kous key has a story behind it,A very good story at that. When he was younger Kou was surrounded by his mother but his father was always out exploring and seeing the world whilst he was stuck at home,when he found out he was a PPS he knew he would never grow bigger then this but he would still grow age-wise so it was allright.One day his father sent them a letter telling them he was on a big adventure and may not return for sometime,inside the envelope was an even smaller letter tagged 'Kou'.
He slowly picked it up and opened it,the letter read:

'Kou,my son
I know how much you have been wanting to go out and explore,and you can but please remember how dangerous it is and that if you go,you either take a companion or be very prepared before-hand,in this letter is a key to one of the great treasures i have yet to look for and a map is also contained.I want you to find this treasure but beware,this will take you some time,it will be dangerous and you could get hurt so if you do wish to eventually go on this adventure be prepared my son. Of course you dont have to go now,you could wait for years or,you could go now with your mothers consent,just be brave and remember what ive taught you

On that day he decided he would wait two years until he was older,now at the age of ten he has embarked on an adventure to find his fathers treasure or at least it could be,the word treasure could mean anything especially coming from his father,he isnt alone though he has an animal companion instead of a friend as not to put them in danger.He is very passionate about finding this treasure,but he is prepared and is more careful,he tied the key tightly to his tail to make sure he wont lose it though when climbing or swimming he holds it in his mouth <3
