Shadow could not connect, and is busy with school, so I said I would hold the competition c: Plus, it's nice to add a new owner to the Maxra family! ^^ I'm not judging this, well I might help, but the main decision is up to Shadow. I will of course be stalking forms cx So if you like the look of him, and want to join a really fun family, RP with me or draw art of these guys... Read on!


Rules!
We're looking for someone really active and loving, who won't just gift him away, and will keep in touch with at least me, since I own the mom and his twin.
This guy is kinda due for his adult growth soon, so whoever wins might want to take him from the start and wait a month from there, for extra development. I don't mind holding off his twin's growth.
Please only mark if you're serious about entering.
The end date is May 1st. Not long, but we don't want to delay this guy!

Lyra Silvertongue - Mommy - Around 38 - wandzie.

Lyra is a clever and intelligent young Plumie. She may only be young, but actually has the knowledge of a much older girl. She likes to study language. Plumies round her age are quite cool and "messy" with their sentences. But Lyra is fascinated by the English Language, researching it all the time. That's where Silvertongue comes from. Her words and sentences are perfectly pronounced which impresses others. Although she does study, she also loves more than anything to have a bit of freedom and will go outside a lot. She's very crazy and fun but can also be very... Blunt? She's pretty over confident and is normally found with bundles of energy playing with the kids. She can be quite strange too, peculiar and different. Saying that, Lyra can also be very caring and sweet, don't let her full you though!

Maxwell - Daddy - Around 38 - ShadowGal990.

Maxwell is laid back and chilled, he and Lyra love eachother a lot, and their family too! He's an excellent dad and is fun and enjoyable with all the kids. He always read Sophie a bed time story before she went to bed and whenever she asked! He's friendly and like Lyra, loves the outdoors. Lyra and him are cute together and love to take the kids places.

Sophie-Ann - Big sister - 18 - Karmaloco (I used to own her, but she was gifted yesterday!)

Sophie-Ann is very sensitive and incredibly reserved. She is like her mother and enjoys writing stories. Although, Lyra is a very crazy character, which Sophie isn't. She's always in a daydream and doesn't really talk, but loves her siblings a lot. Sophie decided that she preferred writing for newspapers, but stills writes the ocassional book for children or teens. Her job is working with a famous newspaper as a columnist.

Kamryn - Big Sister - 18 - ShadowGal990

Kamryn is the rebel of the family. She stays up late and even though deep down, she does love all her family, she doesn't tend to show it unless you're very close. She's a bit of a grump and doesn't do what she's told, but now she's older, she's more calmer, slightly. She's often caught out in fights but Lyra knows how to deal with it, and isn't too harsh, but strict enough.

Jackson-Lee - Twin brother - Same age as top boy - wandzie.

Jackson-Lee is very like Sophie. He's quiet and reserved, but instead of being sweet like her, he's more anti social and a grump. He's quite gothic and emo, not badly behaved though. When he's older, he dreams of travelling the world doing gigs, in his solo singing act. He plays guitar, electric and normal, and his voice is mesmerising and husky. Until then, he's found with his head in a maths book with his floppy hair flopped over his eyes, protecting him from the world.

To start this off, I'd like to tell you a bit about myself, so you'd know who you're adding
to the family. My name is Lady Sif, but you're welcome to call me Sif or Lady. I am currently
a non-owner, though I'm working very hard to change that, and I have a deep love for plumies.
I'm about as active as I can be in the fan-club without actually owning a plumie. I've been
trying out for plumie since June of last year, or #154 and I enjoy roleplaying.

Alright, now without further ado, let me introduce you to....

ｋａｗｒ • ｂｉｎ
Where did he get such a name you might ask? Well his mother stumbled across it in some
of her studies while she was pregnant with him and his twin and it stuck with her. It's
derived from the word corbeau which means Raven. It might not always seem to fit him
as a name, but appearances can be deceiving.

Corbin is a happy and smart boy with a talent for mischief. Unlike most of his silbings,
Corbin is quite outgoing and friendly, a sharp contrast to his twin.
Even when he plays a trick, it's always meant in good fun, if not always received that way.

His biggest issue is probably that he tends to take things too far, never really knowing
where the line is to stop. Things he might mean well or mean to be a joke don't always
turn out the way he planned and every now and again he'll find things spiraling out of control.
When things do leave his control, he often doesn't handle it very well, making the situation
worse more often than not.

When it comes to crushes and enemies, Corbin handles things oddly. Rather than getting
shy around his crush and bold around his enemies, he'll become more outgoing around
anyone he has a crush on, and get very shy around someone he dislikes. To be fair, at
least part of him getting shy around someone he dislikes is a cover, so he can more easily
get away with a trick or two, but part of it is also nerves that they might get the best
of him.

however, he is currently 16. He is also younger than Jackson by 4 minutes.

Ｌｙｒａ
Of course Corbin loves his mother! He loves to learn from and with her, and often
will take problems to her first over his father. Sometimes he'll get a little put off by her
longer words and sentences, because they can be a little hard to him to understand.
They also are often on different wavelengths with their learning styles, where Lyra
will often learn best from a book, Corbin takes after his father and needs to touch
things to learn about them. It can create conflict between the two when Corbin will
struggle with concepts that she easily understands. Despite that, Corbin loves his mother
and the two are very close.

Ｍａｘｗｅｌｌ
Both him and his father share a love of nature, and it's something they've bonded over.
Most of what he has learned about the wild comes from Maxwell and the two often take walks
together in the woods near their house. It was his father who sparked his love of the wild and
who gave him the idea to become a wildlife vet.

He and his father are alike in many ways, including the way they learn, so often when he's
frustrated with school, it's his father he'll go to for advice. They also share a certain
understanding of nature not found in the other family members, it a silent understanding
between them, and it's a constant in Corbin's life that he often needs.

Ｓｏｐｈｉｅ-Ａｎｎ
While Sophie and Corbin love each other, they've never been particularly close as far as
siblings go. It's not that they dislike each other, it's just that they never had much in common.
Corbin was too outgoing to relate to his sister's shyness, and while he loved her stories and
would read every one of them, it wasn't enough to bridge the slight gap that formed between
them.

Ｋａｍｒｙｎ
If any of his siblings had influenced Corbin, it would have to be Kamryn. Even his
twin can't be held so responsible for his personality. She was and is his role model, he looks
up to Kamryn and wants to be like her in some ways. Out of all his family members, she's
the only one safe from his pranks.

Often the two of them would squabble, what with him being the annoying little brother
but that never stopped Corbin from looking up to her.

Ｊａｃｋｓｏｎ-Ｌｅｅ (Sitting Twins)
As far as his family goes, Corbin is close to all of them, but none more so than his twin. His
twin might be a bit of a grouch and they may not share the same world views, but they love
each other dearly and would trust the other in a heartbeat.

Often they will talk silently, sharing words without allowing others to hear. To that end, they
have unspoken rules and habits. Such as the one where Corbin is the one to initiate contact
between them, or that Jackson will do both of their math homework while Corbin does
all the science.

Ｊｕｓｔｉｎ
He's had a crush on Justin for close to half a year now,
they attend school together and are in the same year, despite Justin being 15 and Corbin
being 16. Jackson knows and teases his twin about the crush.

Ｌｉｃｏ
Lico has been bullying Corbin since they met. Why nobody could say for sure, but
part of it might be that Corbin won't fight back. Things between them rarely turn violent,
but every now and again it can happen. Nobody in his family knows about the violent
encounters, all they've been told is the two tend to fight. Jackson knows that the fights
tend to be one-sided, but even he never found out about the injuries.

L u k a s
Corbin does his best to be a good big brother to Lukas, and he really does love
his younger sibling, but he's often unsure of how to act around him, being young
himself. Some situations he's learned how to handle from Kamryn, how to protect
his little brother from dangers and how to understand when the other is hurt, but
this can lead to him being a tad over-protective. And by a tad I mean a lot. This
tends to annoy Lukas when he's trying to be cool around his friends.

No matter what, Corbin does try to make his little bother feel safe and happy,
even if sometimes he ends up acting like the dorky older brother.

Well, he's 16 and still figuring himself out, but so far he thinks he might be gay. He's not
sure about this though, so he hasn't told anyone because he's not ready for a label.

Though Corbin might be more like his mother when it comes to his personality, his interests
follow his father. Few things can rival his love the outdoors and wildlife. Much like Jackson-Lee,
he hopes to travel the world someday, but to see all of natures greatest sites, rather than play
music. The two of them have made plans together of how they'll see the worlds that both of them
want to see.

With all his intelligence and good study habits from his mom, Corbin hopes to be a wildlife
veterinarian and help rescue agencies. Which animal he'll work with is still something he's
unsure of. He has a strong affinity to both birds and rabbits, because both hold a special
place in his heart. But odds are he'll end up following his namesake and treating birds.

On a midnight evening not far off from this one, two young plumies both at the tender age of 12 were wandering out in their forest. The two of them had slipped away out their window at the request of the slightly younger twin. Neither had been able to fall asleep and the stars had been so pretty that Corbin had been unable to resist slipping off into the night.

It wasn't the first time the two of them had done this. Whenever one or both of them would be unable to sleep they would often find themselves slipping out into the forest. Corbin slipped away to the forest to see the stars and the trees while they slept. Jackson would leave to find the quiet that the forest could offer him, and to make sure his twin didn't get himself hurt.

These times were not too often anymore, but none the less they both knew the pattern by heart. Corbin would slip up near their parent's room to make sure they were asleep so the two of them could make their escape. At the same time, Jackson would silently nudge open their window and place lumps in their beds so their parents would think nothing of it should they happen to come in. From there, if all had gone well, they would meet up in their room and without saying a word slip out the window and into the night.

That was one of the silent rules of these times, not a word was said until they reached wherever they were going. Where they were going was often left up to chance. But tonight there wasn't far for them to go. It was Corbin who had lead the two, so it was him who stopped them when they reached a little pond not far from their house.

They stopped and sat, side by side, silent. For a little while, the two of them just sat and listened to all the words the other wasn't saying. How long they sat there, listening to each other without speaking, neither could say. But finally Corbin spoke.

"Do ya' ever worry that we'll grow apart?"

There was a pause from Corbin before he continued, his voice small and shaky.

"I mean, I love you and I don't want to imagine a future without you, but we're becoming so different. What if our plans for traveling the world together don't work? What if we fight over something and never make up? What if we just grow into different people, and we start fading apart until we only ever see each other for family events?"

Jackson waited until he was finished to reply, and even then he offered no words of comfort, just a question.

"Whose trying to mess with you now?"

The younger twin would have looked surprised if he hadn't already known his twin would see the actually problem here. He chose not to reply to the other, instead staring at his paws.

"It was Lico, wasn't it."

A nod in reply.

For a minute or so, neither twin said anything, until Jackson finally spoke up.

"First off all, if he tries any of this again, you need to actually stand up for yourself. Second, that's not going to happen to us. Someday I'll be playing music all over the world and you'll be there with me to drag me off on stupid adventures in a cave or something the moment I finish playing. That's how it's always going to be, and Lico sure isn't going to change that."

Once more there was silence between the two of them for a heartbeat or so, until Corbin spoke up.

"Do you promise?"

To which he got a nod in reply.

That was all they said that night, though they stayed by that pond for close to an hour more before heading back. Both of them lost in their own thoughts. The walk back was silent, but a different sort of silent, a light, self-assured silent.

And this time, when they slipped back into their beds, Corbin was able to close his eyes and go off to his dreamland, with his twin right by his side.

(Takes place when he was around 7)
This hadn't been what Corbin had wanted, not at all. Yet somehow he had managed to find himself here.

Corbin was frozen, hiding in the corner he had tucked himself in, the only thing in between him and his attacker being a thin plastic sheet that could be ripped down at any time. All he could do was tuck his paws over his ears and hope that it would soon be over.

Let me back up a moment and explain to you how this poor child managed to get into this situation.

Like so many other things, it had started out so innocent and snowballed out of control. All it was meant to be a prank, a simple drop of a water balloon onto his twin. Jackson was in the little ice cream shoppe with Kamryn, one that happened to have the perfect arch doorway for him to pull himself up on so he could hide on the roof. Kamryn had been a little reluctant to leave her brother outside, but had relented when he had explained that the smell of dairy was making him sick.

He had told his siblings he would wait outside, and knew that Kamryn would exit after Jackson. So when he heard the door open, he let go without a second thought. Not once had he considered that someone else might exit the shoppe.

Rather then hitting his twin and then him getting a quick chase and indigent twin with ruined hair for a few hours, he ended up hitting the wrong person. The last person Corbin wanted to aggravate. Lico had just gotten his ice cream and was exiting the little store with it in paw.

Now as you may or may not be aware, Lico was the local bully. Lico was mean and for some reason nobody could figure out, Corbin was his favorite target.

A favorite target who had just dropped a water balloon on him and who was now frozen in fear on top of the building. His head turned upwards and Corbin stumbled back, further onto the roof. For a few seconds, the two of them stayed where they were before they both started at the same moment.

Corbin turned, his tail flaring out over the edge as he moved faster than he thought he could, over the roof top and down into the nearby alleyway, where he darted under the cover of a discarded plastic sheet.

Lico had been only far enough behind him, as he had to scramble up to the roof top that he didn't manage to see his dive for cover. But Lico knew he was there. Slowly he began to make his way down the alley, knocking things over as he went.

When Lico was no less than ten feet from him, he growled. "I know you're here somewhere Maxra. I saw those awful feathers of yours. Why don't you come out and face me rather than hiding like a coward?"

Corbin didn't move, he couldn't. He wanted so badly to get up and go fight him. Either win or get in a few good shots trying. But he couldn't, his body wouldn't let him.

Lico was drawing close. And closer. And closer.

Until finally Lico was just to his left. He couldn't breath, not a noise escaped him. But he found him anyways.

The scent of his fear betrayed him and in seconds his cover was gone, he could feel the air move as Lico raised a paw with unsheathed claws. All he could do was tense up and wait for the hit. Down went Lico's claws, and he could feel the moment when they connected, but instead of them sinking in deep and being followed by others, he felt them be ripped away.

Corbin's eyes flew open in surprise as he felt a sweep of wind fly past him as a large shadowy figure torn past him, knocking Lico to the ground. There was blood seeping from Corbin's shoulder, but it didn't register with him.

When he managed made sense of the things in front of him, he could see his big sister, Kamryn with her fur stood up on her back and her teeth bared. Lico was tripping over his own paws as she scrambled to get away from her, and the picture of fury that she encompassed.

And in that moment, all Corbin could do was wish. Wish that he could be like that, be able to stand up to someone like that.

In the time that followed, he would be fussed over, scolded, and yelled at, but none of that really registered with him. The only thing he carried away form that day was that memory and a promise. A promise to himself, that one day he would be able to stand up to someone like that. That one day he would stand up to Lico like that.

One day.

Lawrence is complicated, hard to understand. He's a loner in his own world.
Introverted, awkward and anti-social, he's rarely found anywhere in public
and prefers his own company. Lawrence is often found simply lying around
in his room with his nose stuck in a large book; he most likely gets this
from his mother. He's never really anticipatable. In fact, the only one who
seems to get him to open up at all has got to be Skye. He does love his
family a lot and will do whatever he's asked to - well, nearly everything.

He's not exactly depressed; just alone and used to that way. He does smile
at the occasional life's pleasurable moments; usually he finds that 'pleasure'
in chocolates however.

He usually goes along with anyone's idea, and never really has the nerve to
try risks. He dislikes arguments and over the past years of spending time
alone he absolutely hates loud crowds. He can put up with vacuum cleaners
but you know, they're just something that everyone has to put up with.

Lawrence does inherit brains from his mother, and the subject he enjoys
most? Maths. While the rest of the class groans about it. He's not
distracted easily and because of his anti-sociality, he's able to do all the
questions quickly while everyone else delay their speed by chatting.

He usually does not show any emotion, probably because he's quite used
to hiding his self from everyone; but he does open up occassionally.

Lyra - mother

Lyra can be a bit.. well, slightly overprotective of Lawrence, much to his annoyance. He used to read with her when he was younger, and Lyra's the one who used to help him with homework - he insists he doesn't need help anymore, though. Lawrence doesn't always tell her everything - he prefers to sort things out alone. After all, everyone does have secrets, whether they decide to keep them or not. Lawrence hates it when she fusses over him.

Maxwell - father

Lawrence feels that Maxwell brings the happiness to him out of all of his siblings. Not that they aren't happy - Lawrence just likes Maxwell's way of a good fun time. Even though he isn't often found having fun in public, he does like to have some indoors, of course. Even though Lyra's pretty playful too, he feels embarrassed with her a lot in public. Maxwell's the perfect 'excuse' to have fun outdoors. He, Maxwell and Jackson-Lee often play football together.

Kamryn - older sister

Lawrence is unsure of what to make of Kamryn sometimes. She's usually rebellic and usually hanging out with her friends, but other times she completely softens up. Because she often stays up late at night and makes a racket when she comes home, Lawrence often finds it hard to sleep, which resulted in him staying up late as well so it wouldn't disturb him. He often spends this time doing more of his homework, and always thanks Kamryn for 'keeping him awake'.

Sophie-Ann - older sister

Sophie-Ann's probably the one that can relate to him, so Lawrence often does spend a bit of time around her. Mostly she's reading or writing, which makes being around her a little boring, but then again Lawrence doesn't really want to 'play', just strangely enjoys her prescence in the room. He often reads her articles and usually when Sophie comes back into her room he's sometimes seen playing games on her computer once he gets bored of reading her stuff, much to Sophie's irritation.

Jackson-Lee - twin brother

Lawrence and Jackson-Lee aren't very alike, and they don't really bicker a lot due to Lawrence's personality. Jackson's the only person Lawrence will actually snap at, or lose his temper and is a whole lot different around him. Although Lawrence loves his brother he dislikes his emo ways and doesn't exactly appreciate his grumpiness. Usually they play football together with their father Maxwell. They act and be just like any old twins, basically.

Lucas - younger brother

Lawrence absolutely adores his little brother and is the only one he shows 'full' affection for in public apart from Skye. Lawrence feels less shy around him and would do any thing to protect his little brother. Lawrence's shyness often bohers Lucas a tiny bit and so they have awkward moments, sure, but they still do love each other dearly. Lawrence felt immediately better after knowing he was going to be a big brother on a day he was depressed.

Velocity - grandfather

Lawrence and Velocity get along normally. He enjoys spending time with his grandpa, although he's quite laid back and Lawrence is unsure of what to make of him. They often enjoy going out, and is quite glad to have such a 'cool' grandpa, and usually all his problems seem to disappear when he's with him. Lawrence often notices he's still very active and being a grandpa doesn't slow him down, which Lawrence quite admires.

Alani - grandmother

Lawrence is sometimes quite alarmed at Alani's personality. Although Alani's at least on Lawrence's 'OK' list around people, he still feels quite intimidated by his grandmother because she is so different from everyone in the family. Although it can be funny whenever everyone gets told off by her, because in Lawrence's opinion, she's the 'boss' around the family. Lawrence does love his spunky grandmother though and age never lets her down.

Huo - Aunt

Huo and Lawrence connect quite a bit and spend quite a lot of time together, such as being together, alone, in the woods or simply even doing a puzzle. Huo has always been alarmed at the thought of being an aunt, but Lawrence simply just pretends not to notice and tries to act as best as possible around her. He isn't very good with cute faces to get what he wants, but he tries it on her and usually gets an extra cookie or two.

Lawrence is 7 in this story.
Lawrence trod silently across the plain field. He heard his family behind him following. He turned back, looking at his family. Jackson-Lee skipped forward, looking enthusiastic.
They neared the pitch where he was to have a football match. He was anxious. So many people; even though they might be his teammates' parents, he felt extremely pressured. He didn't mind watching the audience on TV, of course, but he'd always wondered how it would feel to be the centre of attention. He gripped his book even tighter, but gasped as it hurt and dropped his book to the ground. Jackson-Lee caught up to Lawrence, slowing his pace. "You ok?"
"I'm fine," Lawrence insisted, picking up the book. At least it was just his hand. What he was most worried about was probably accidentally twisting an ankle in the football match, not to mention the crowd. He took a breath, and tried to calm himself. Lawrence knew he was the only one who would probably be acting like this. Stop it, Lawrence. Pull yourself together.
The noise of many people got louder. He spotted his team, glanced over at his family, then tried to locate where Jackson-Lee was. Already there. He sighed and headed over to his team, passing his book to his mother Lyra as he did so.
He watched as his family sat by the edge of the pitch. Sophie-Ann was reading a book, glancing at the pitch every so and then, while Kamryn looked mildly interested as she texted one of her friends, not that both of them really wanted to come anyway. Lucas was cheering the loudest.
Lawrence got into position in the pitch, still feeling unsure of the watching crowd. Suddenly he heard the shrill whistle blow and he stiffened. The game had begun.
After a few minutes, when he tried to get the ball, the crowd cheered even harder and he noticed there were even more people around. He felt extremely uncomfortable to have all of the attention, and as he got the ball and passed it to his brother, Jackson, he scored - however at that exact moment Lawrence crashed into someone with a shriek because of his momentary distraction from the crowd.
"Are you all right, Law?" that was Jackson's voice.
Lawrence blinked open his eyes struggled to get up. He noticed he was on a bench with his family around him. He heard Kamryn mutter, "That wasn't a very hard knock! He shouldn't have fainted so easily," while Sophie-Ann scolded her, "He's still young."
He got up and walked over to the pitch, watching Jackson-Lee who was already back on the field again. He felt his father hold his shoulder. Lawrence turned around to face him. "Maybe football isn't for me."
His father looked at him straight in the eyes. "I think you should get back there and win." He smiled.
Lawrence nodded. "I will, then." He tried to block out the crowd this time. And this time - he was in it to win it.
He was no longer afraid of the crowd, now that he saw the entire attention wasn't on him and him only. He scored a couple of goals, which made him embarrassed again, but pushed aside that feeling. He would win this match for sure.
At the end of the match, worn out, he settled down to read his favourite Charles Dickens classic next to a shaded tree, glad to have rid his fear of crowds.

Although he's still embarrassed when he's the only one in the centre of attention...

Lawrence has always considered his career as photography. At first, everyone thought he might take his talent for football a little further, but Lawrence decided football was only for fun, and became more serious with photography. He's especially inspired by the beautiful shots of wildlife, which was the main reason for this cause.
He is inspired by both land and water shots, so he's set to get a career for general photography, including shots with just scenery, although he plans to base it off animal photography the most.
He tries to enter every competition for photography he can, so most of the time he's seen going outdoors with Skye, most of the time into the woods, where he's mostly at peace with nature and can have a clear mind without any crowds, and they often love to take snapshots of the birds.

Skye Angel is Lawrence's best friend. Maybe even more than that...
He first met her after his first football match. Although she wasn't
exactly part of the crowd, Skye peeped in to watch a little and said
she liked his 'rad football skills' and so they started to chat for a bit.
Although Lawrence due to his awkward and shy nature didn't know
how to react, especially to a girl; but soon Skye encouraged him to
open up and they became the best of friends.
Everyone often teases them as 'boyfriend and girlfriend' and Lawrence
of course denies that, while Skye always says hotly, "He's a boy
and a friend!"
However when they turned 13, Lawrence has to admit he is starting to
crush on her.. he doesn't know how to say, so that is his little secret...
for now.










"Um, Skye?" Lawrence asked. Being just dragged out of his room to the
outdoors suddenly, he certainly had no idea what was going on. "You've
been inside a lot lately." Skye replied, causing Lawrence to be even more
confused. "Yes but don't I usually stay inside unless you plan to take me
somewhere?" Skye suddenly stopped in her tracks, looking a bit sheepish.
Had she forgotten that fact? "Oh, right. It pretty much slipped my mind
since we were adventuring outside a lot a few weeks ago." Skye Angel
chuckled, slinging Lawrence's camera around his neck.

"Yes and then you had to stay home for about a week because you fell sick
when you got caught in the rain. I already told you not to stay out late but
you didn't listen to me." Lawrence sighed, recalling the day when they had
gone out to look for a specific kookaburra. "In my defense, I didn't hear
you and I saw the kookaburra." Skye Angel said, acting as if she was offended
but smirking gleefully. "Well, that is a good excuse."

"Right, where are we going anyway?" Enquires the black and green plumie
skeptically. They had started to venture into the thicket of a park reserve.
"We, my dear Lawrence, are going to capture more of natures wonders on
cellulose nitrate!" Ah, photography, the joys of his days along with Skye herself.
He found himself grinning at the thought.

"Alright but what are we going to photograph?" Looking at all the green around
him, Lawrence prodded carefully over puddles from yesterday's drizzle. "I don't
think we need a specific target, Lawrence. Isn't this tree itself already a
beautiful candidate for our mission?" Skye smiled brightly, stroking the tree bark
with soft paws.

Skye was radiant, in whatever situation, she'd glow brighter than the stars of the
night sky. "Hey Skye?" Lawrence called to her. The moment she turned, Lawrence
quickly pressed the shutter button. He smiled, looking at her bewildered
expression. "You're a mighty fine candidate yourself..."
