Alrighty, after mulling this over for a while, I think I've got the winners. Some pretty intense competition here, had a very hard time having to choose someone. One reason I hate judging these types of comps, but someones gotta do it.

Bolin is often what most consider eccentric. He turns other's heads just by walking through a crowd. This isn't because he's relatively attractive looking or even because his species is a rare sight, no. It's because the way Bolin often presents himself to others, with a random comment or odd twitch of his tail. Everything just seems strange or odd about this guy. Though he wouldn't have it any other way, he lives to stray from the norm. This includes going out of his way to try new things or test boundaries.

Speaking of testing boundaries, Bolin isn't one to know when to stop. He loves to laugh and help others bellow a chuckle when he can. Often this can hurt other's feelings and he will just keep going unknowingly. If someone were to tease Bolin back he merely shrugs it off and makes it a contest to see who can last the longest. Only rarely will he lose when it comes to more romantic advances as he doesn't quite understand such nonsense at a first glance.

Gullible is a pretty solid word that could be used to describe Bolin. It doesn't take much for him to take what someone says seriously and believe it true. This often ends up with Bolin testing these theories for himself and getting him in loads of trouble or hilarious situations. He's just too trusting, I wouldn't tell him secrets either.

"But they said I could have these for free if I really wanted them... are they not for free?"

A lot of things tend to go over Bolin's head, so dense is probably an understatement here. He's not the brightest bulb in the box if that makes sense. You might have to sit him down and explain something multiple times before he finally understands. Most of the time it isn't because he's slow though, Bolin just has too little attention span to keep focus. What could possibly be more important than teasing a lady behind you about how her dress looks like it's from the 1800s?
