➳Personality;

Fessa has never been one for excitement or many things active. One could call her lazy, but that would be far from the truth. Fessa is quiet, laid-back and often tired, and you'll find her sleeping more often then not, her precious Wooper stuffed animal snuggled against her, both of them buried under mounds of blankets, though she never really gets cold.

She loves to go swimming, but not in a swimming pool, preferring streams or rivers where the water is cool and she can feel the rush of the current, perhaps see a fish or play in the mud. She never rushes when she swims, methodically making her way across the body of water, making sure she sees everything before moving on.

Fessa isn't afraid to get dirty, or perhaps she simply doesn't care how much mud is on her, but she'll happily wade through muddy waters, sticking her hands down into the dirt to try and catch the burrowing fish. She isn't squeamish either, and loves to play with the little snails by the water side, and would rather observe the mosquito on her arm rather then squish it.

She loves to doodle, but not anything realistic, preferring abstract shapes, swirls and patterns. She can fill up entire pages with these drawings, sitting for hours at the kitchen table, quietly expanding the design, her Wooper stuffed animal ever present beside her.
Fessa has many imaginary friends, animals and people. She likes to believe her Wooper is real as well, naming him Snore, and has mini conversations with him in her head.

Fessa never says much to other people, even her family, though she is not at all shy, enjoying the company of other plumarians and their conversation, though she'll never join in herself. She communicates in smiles and words spoken through expression, more meaningful then if they were said out loud. She is not incapable of speech, she just doesn't see the need for it most of the time, preferring to listen to other people rather then show people her own ideas.

Wooper
It lives in cold water, half burying itself in mud at the bottom to sleep.

Fessa has never actually played Pokemon. Sure, she's watched the cartoons, who hasn't seen those at one point? But Fessa has never been one for video games of any sort, and so avoided that part of the pokemon franchise. She doesn't really collect plushies either, because she doesn't want to replace Snore with any other. What she does love is playing "Pokemon trainer" with her siblings. They'll throw their stuffed Pokemon at each other and the others Pokemon, yelling out attacks they've seen in the cartoons and pretending the other persons attacks never hit them so they always win. Fessa can get slightly competitive here, and while it wouldn't be unusual for someone to run to Jaime or Sprocket crying because someone took somone's Pokemon, or didn't let someone win, she loves to play this game with her siblings.

- is more of a tomboy - doesn't like to play with dolls or have tea parties with stuffed animals. Much more a gamer - she loves to play video games like pokemon and such, the ones that more seem to be for guys. She loves to get dirty if she's playing outside, and can play roughly. She is pretty stubborn and doesn't like to do what others tell her, she only likes to listen to herself. She is also pretty bossy, and will hardly ever take no for an answer. The only plumes she'll really listen to are her family - so if anyone can get her to stop doing something, its them. It is sometimes hard for her to make friends because of her nature, but with the friends she does have, she can be protective of them, and jealous if they find another friend/hang out with someone else

Hello, and welcome to my form! This is where you can see my efforts at trying for this beautiful girl. I am a fellow plume member, and own one of my own, [url=xxx]Darwin[/url]. I am not that atctive in the community just now, but I am sure that if I was to win another, it would give me the confidence to go and post of the fan club and try my best to be active. If I were to win this girl, I would draw her, her family, get her friends and overall develop her character even further, and develop her more Pokemon side too. She would be one of the things that would convince me to get active in the community. I would also love to role play with her. If it be with family members or friends, I would for sure role play.
Now without further ado, let's move onto the form!

I have decided, for my for, to give this girl the name of Lumos. Now, if you have seen or read the books, or have general knowledge, you will realise that the name of Lumos is a spell in Harry Potter - it creates light at the tip of the wand. Now, when I saw her going up, I had another name in mind, but once I saw that her brothers name was Knox - it reminded me or another spell in Harry Potter, the counter spell to Lumos. It was then that I knew I had to give her this name, and ironically reference one of my other bigger fandoms, along with Pokemon. Lumos is a female, and the third daughter so far to her parents, including her non-blood-sister. I can see her at the age of 7-8, where she would start to play more video games, although Pokemon for her was introduced at a younger age, she found other exciting video games to play, not that many of them are better then Pokemon, to her of course.

Personality wip

This girl has a favourite Pokemon, that not only matches her with appearance, but the appearance contrasts to their behaviour. Of course, it is a fire type, and it so happens to be Vulpix, an adorable six tailed fox Pokemon. Both Lumos and this Pokemon are called cute or adorable, but both can have short tempers, and be stubborn. Lumos dis tastes being called cute, and this fire type Pokemon matches her for that fact - cute but deadly. The poor Pokemon is underestimated, as Lumos can be so,entices, but when you see what both the young plumerian and the Pokemon do, you'll regret not estimating their full power.

Jamie - mother
Lumos adores her mother a lot. Even with the difference in both of their personalities, Jamie is one of the only ones that Lumos can actually calm down around. She won't be as rough and as loud around her mother, and she can be gentle and kind to her. Even like this, she can still say no to her - like she can with any other plumie. Her mother may not be as rough or playful or may not have many of the same personality traits, but they have a strong mother-daughter relationship with each other. Of course, Lumos can still be a bit too rough for her own good, or without realising it, but she cares for her mother and never wants to see her get hurt.

Sprocket - father
Now, Lumos doesn't have that much of a strong connection with her father. Sure, she sees him and such, but he can never play because he is always tired, and whenever he looks after her or any of her siblings he can't really stop them from doing anything bad. Lumos doesn't fully understand what 'I'm tired' means, it seems, and always tries to get him to play with her. She does love him but their connection is not the strongest for this reason. She wished he could spend more time and actually play with her, instead of inventing and getting no sleep. That would make her happier, and maybe their connection would get stronger.

Monica - oldest sister
Lumos seems to find her oldest sister, Monica, a bit strange. Their personalities are really the opposites - Lumos likes to play games and is stubborn, while Monica seems more reserved, and would rather read a book. She never gets her sister, and her sister is one of the plumes she least plays wih, since it seems she never wants to play. Their favourite poke mins are also huge opposites - Monica likes Vaporeon, a water type, while Lumos likes Vulpix, a fire type, to which their types are much too opposite. Lumos still likes her sister nine the less, they are family after all, and family has to stick together, no matter what, right?

Hibiscus - older sister
Now, out of Lumos' siblings, excluding Know, she would have to say that little Hibiscus is her favourite. You can often find the brown plumiie teasing her non-blood sister, for whenever she is being a klutz. Of course, she only means of this as a game, and never wishes to hurt her sister, no she would never do that on purpose to her. She adores Hibi a lot, even if she is older then her, she likes to consider her sister as her little flower, and that no one will be allowed to hurt her, or they'd have an angry Lumos after them. They're family, and while Hibi mighht be older, Lumos likes to believe that she can't look after herself. Although it does confuse Lumos on why she seems to be so wary of her and her brother - did they do something wrong?

Knox - twin brother
Know is Lumos' only brother, and her twin nine the less, so they do have that strong twin connection, right? Lumos likes to think so. They can have their little fights - they often seem to clash since their personalities are so alike, and it isn't uncommon to see them having their small little arguments - which never go on for too long. She knows that he wants to protect her - but from what? She is perfectly able to handle herself, boasting that she is better and stronger then him anyway. She believes she is better, and this is often the topic of their arguments. In the end, she does love her brother, a lot, and they are often the perfect playmates for each other. And she knows that he cares for her. If anything, she likes to think herself as his protected! Well, no matter, the siblings can look out for each other.


Darwin - friend
Now, these two have been friends for a while, and although Darwin is more calm and collected then rough little Lumos, they seem to get on fairly well. Darwin can and usually does join in one her games, although he will usually stop if it gets a bit too rough for his like (he's too scared of getting hurt, in her head), but they both like to play Pokemon, which is what really started their official friendship. They usually have battles - with Darwin usually winning because of his smart tactics (after all, Lumos only uses the strongest of Pokemon, not paying attention to many of their other stats), and Lumos usually demands that he teach her how to pick the right Pokemon with the right natures. He of course does help a bit, but still manages to win. Either way, the two are friends, and he was her first from outside her family.

Chandelier - friend
Chandelier is a bit older then Lumos, and she actually met him through Darwin. They can get along decently - they're not the best of friends or anything, but Lumos will admit that she can call him a friend. She hasn't known him for too long, either. She thinks he's pretty cool, but she can sometimes get a bit too far ahead of herself and try to start an argument with the other plumie. If it works or not she doesn't really know since he's really quiet, but it's not like she means...not too much, anyway. Again, she doesn't know him too well, but hopes they can stay being friends, and so she can get to know him more - maybe he likes Pokemon too?

Malli - Chandelier's father
Lumos doesn't know Malli too well - she only knows of him since he is one of the fathers of Chandelier. She's also met him once - and he seems nice to her. But he also seems a bit too quiet for her liking, like her oldest sister and mother are. She wonders if the quiet trait runs in the family? Whatever, she doesn't really mind...guess it means he can't tell her off if she ever goes over? Maybe. Not that she would get in trouble on purpose - she would probably want to mess with him for a bit and take the adult plumiie' scarf, even if she knows she shouldn't, she would just do it for fun, and of course, her own entertainment.

Toothless - acquaintance
Now, she tends to think of Toothless as a bit odd - she has met the dark plumiie a few times before, along with his mate Onna. Both of them are odd, and defiantly not her taste with personality, but from the times she has met them she has enjoyed their company a bit. They are almost sometimes to be considered baby sitters, although Lumos doesn't mind too much. She likes Toothless' wings, although they are fake, and she loves to play with them. It's almost like he's trying to become a flying type Pokemon - except he won't be able to fly, despite how much he tries. Maybe that's what makes him seem...better, to her? He has such a strange dream, and even since he has kids he never gives that dream up. To fly.

Onna - acquaintance
Like with Toothless, she has met Onna a few times and is on friendly terms with the adult. She finds her a bit strange, like with Toothless, but at the same time...interesting? Her and Toothless seem to be the same, but then Lumos can also see clear differences in the two - he has a dream, while Onna here...well, she is just awkward and reserved. She seems to talk to herself a fair bit, which the child always found a bit strange, and she carries around a photo, who seems to have its own name! No matter if it has a name or not, Lumos has seen some of the pictures she has taken, and she has liked them - some of them look even professional to her.

Klarabelle - acquaintance
The young brown plumiie has seen Klara Elle a few times, and has spoken to her a few times, making them acquaintances. When she first saw her, though, she thoug she looked so strange. Having her eyes closed all the time and having these weird add ons - which she thought weren't real for a while. But on the inside, she knows the butterfly plumiie is kindhearted - not something Lumos likes too much, but she can deal with it. Of course, she isn't too close since Klara is an adult and such. Once she got to know her, she learned that she was a great listener, and found out about her eyes - now with having her twin have hetrochromia, she didn't mind about the eyes, even if she is blind in one. She finds them cool, and maybe even gets a bit jealous - she wants eyes like that.

Ori - friend
One of her other friends - she looks up to Ori, despite the fact of her being an adult while Lumos is still a child. You could consider the older plumie to be one of her role models, and one of her only onces that don't include her family anywhere. She aspires to be like Ori - the more wild and rebellious side, of course. She does notice that they older plumiie tends to be more nice around her. And all the other young plumes. But that doesn't matter...I mean, it does because she isn't mean to her, but Lumos doesn't think it matters - all she wants is to become more like the older plumie, and maybe one day she will.

Hercules - friend
Another of Lumos' friends that is an adult. Hercules is kinda like Ori, but different. He is another role model to the young plumie, they both share similarities as well, which maybe is a reason why Lumos looks up to him. He is also the father of Ori, making him even more cooler then she thought he was before. He is brave, and takes action before thinking twice about it, similar to what Lumos will probably be when she grows into an adult. If she is ever alone with none of her family, and she sees him out, she'll go out and follow him - which may not be the best for the young plumie, as she might learn a few 'bad' habits from the male.

Gear is a little disconnected from her mother, and is more of a daddy's girl.
However, she loves her dearly, and is always kind to her.
Most of the time, she'll speak softly to her, scared to hurt
the " delicate flower " she sees her mom as. She will sometimes
get protective over her mother, and will go off on anyone
who hurts her. Even though Jaime is usually quite bubbly,
Gear is still very cautious and careful of what she says to
her mother, not wanting her sharp tongue to get the best of her.

Gear is always working with her dad, trying to make new
inventions. She loves experimenting with him, and always
bombards him with questions when he gets home from work.
Definitely a daddy's girl, she spends as much time as possible
with him. She will be up late hours inventing with her dad,
and she learns a new thing each day. Their relationship in the
workshop is not always professional, and they goof
around sometimes. They have fun together.

Despite Monica being even shyer than
her mother, Gear is always bugging her. She loves to mess around with her
and is always pestering her. Gear tends to have horrible timing, however,
and usually bothers Monica when she's busy. She will do things like mess her fur
and tie her shoelaces together. Gear doesn't want to be mean, she just wants
attention most of the time. Little does she know that Monica is not one of
the best people to get it from! Sometimes they will play pokemon together
and have lots of fun but most of the time it is just a lot of bothering and
a bit of " Whatcha' doin'? " She loves her sister dearly, and usually either
wants attention or just wants to help her big sis' out.

Gear is very supportive of Hibi, and will constantly check in on her.
She sees Hibiscus as her own sister, not like just a friend or not part of the
family. Always there to catch Hibi when she falls, ( most of the time literally )
she will try to protect her sister as much as possible, despite her being
younger. Even though her sister is distrusting sometimes, Gear tries
her hardest to her sister's friend. They usually watch funny videos or
play games with Monica and Knox like hide and seek, or sometimes tag.
The sisters have a good relationship, even if the beginning was a little bit rocky.

Gear thinks Knox is silly for thinking she needs to be protected.
She thinks of herself as strong and able to fight for herself. Knox, however,
seems to think she needs protection, which can sometimes lead to fights.
Gear loves her brother, don't think she hates him, she just thinks that
sometimes he can be a bit frustrating, but she usually gets over it
quickly. She loves to play games with him, as he's one of the few
in the family that's really competitive. They sometimes will
play fight, and almost every time it ends up with somebody hurt,
but they never get mad at each other for that. The only
problem with this is that Cato can be a bit of a sore loser.
Gear's brother can play mean, and Gear is fine with that,
and even enjoys dishing out some verbal pain. However,
sometimes one of the two can go too far, and this usually
ends up with onetelling on the other. Even with their quarreling,
they look out for each other. You know, sometimes love hurts.

Gear is a very springy plumie, and is constantly exerting that energy.
This can cause her to become highly annoying, but that only happens occasionally. She
loves to play, and can be very aggressive and competitive. Her favorite style of play is
on teams, and she particularly loves being on the same team as another competitive
plumerian. The mixture of her competitiveness, aggression, and energy can lead to her
getting snappy. And that can lead to trouble. She's learning to bite her tongue and not
retort, and reserves her sass for when it is needed. But it still can spark and ignite,
leading to a whole 15 minute rant about little things that just grind her gears. Most
people just tell her to pipe down, and she usually cools off when that happens.
Even though she can get a little steamed up, she makes it her job to help people.
Sometimes she'll go up to somebody she's never met before and ask them what's wrong if
they look sad. She's very caring and will become unhappy if another looks distraught. Very
protective of who she loves, she will use her stored up comebacks to verbally beat whoever
hurts a friend or family member, even people she's never met can be saved by her words.
Gear is also very loyal, and will go to the ends of the Earth to help anyone who needs it.
This feeling of caring balances with her sharp tongue to make a witty child. Always making
jokes and searching for humor, she can use her talent of wisecracking to either calm down
somebody who is angry at her or cheer up somebody who's down. She also uses it to amuse
herself when everyone's busy. Gear has gone hours on the computer searching up puns and
remembering them. Sometimes she even plans ahead on saying something funny. To sum
her up, Gear is Energetic, Aggressive, Competitive, Sharp-Tongued, Caring, Helpful, Friendly,
Protective, Loyal, Witty, and Funny.

Gear has various hobbies, many of them shared with her family members. Her biggest hobby is Pokemon, it's in her blood. She constantly challenges her family member to battles, and has created a ranking sheet that can be seen below:

It's written on a large whiteboard for everyone to see, and the rankings change constantly. This is one of her favorite things to do, as she likes to see who can top who at the family " sport ". Very competitive, but not that good at putting teams together, her team is mainly strong pokemon and she tries to win with brute force and very little strategy.

As for her other hobbies, Gear loves wrestling and is part of the team at her school. Her team is undefeated, and they are called the Fighting Feathers.
