ρσѕιтινє тяαιтѕ::
Tesero is extremely curious. He loves learning and
discovering new things, even if it gets him in trouble
occasionally. Because of his curiosity, Tesero is very
intelligent. But since he was raised under the sea,
and has just come onto land, he still has a lot to learn.
Tes has a distinct sense of humor, and he knows
when to use it. If he knows someone well enough,
they are used to his sarcastic and witty remarks.
For strangers and acquaintances though, he tends to
put this to the side. Tesero is very kind and friendly
to those he doesn't know extremely well, because
he does not want them to take his sarcastic
comments the wrong way.
Tesero is more observant than most plumerians.
He tends to notice things that others skip over.
He treasures small details, and often times surprises
others with his unique findings.

иєυтяαℓ тяαιтѕ::
Tesero is very protective. If someone insults his friends, they are likely to be told off. Tesero tries to be friendly to everyone, but sometimes he can’t help but to hold a grudge. If someone does something to hurt him or his friends, Tesero will try his best to forgive. Though forgetting is a little harder for him.
Tesero is a more reserved plumerian, and he prefers to keep to himself or a small group of friends. This doesn't prevent him from being friendly with new people, though he may seem slightly shy around them. Tesero tends to keep his feelings and suspicions to himself, and on the rare occasion he does share them, it is with those he considers a good friend, or with people he trusts.
Tesero has an unusually quiet voice. Occasionally this causes him problems because others can not hear him. Close friends are used to this though, and listen more when he’s around to make sure they hear everything he says.
иєgαтινє тяαιтѕ::
Tesero has a short temper when it comes
to people he doesn't understand. If a said individual
gets angry, and he can not figure out why, a lot
of times he will become flustered himself. This
sometimes interferes with first impressions on strangers.
Tesero is slightly awkward on land, not only with
his movements, but with his inexperience regarding
land creatures. He lacks common knowledge about
things many would call simple, and this is one of
his biggest weaknesses.
Tesero is a little behind. Since he didn't really
have anyone to guide him on his way, save Finny,
he hasn't really had time to figure out who he is.
Tesero is exceedingly stubborn. It takes a lot of
convincing him to do something he doesn't feel
like doing, but if you’re annoying enough, you
can get through his thick head. Just ask Finny.

qυιякѕ αи∂ σ∂∂ нαвιтѕ::
Tesero loves sleep. This is because he loves dreaming, as it is an escape from day-to-day life. He has also mastered the skill of lucid dreaming, and has the ability to control his dreams at will. Not much can keep Tesero from getting his beauty sleep. When Tesero gets very little or no sleep, he can be extremely cranky, and lash out at people.
Because of his emotional connection with people, Tesero often knows more about individuals that you think he would. Most of the time this information is assumed, with just a bit of background to support it. Even so, Tesero’s assumptions are correct most of the time. He prefers to keep quiet about these things though, just because of the chance that he is wrong.
Tesero has a bad habit of dragging his tail when on land. Part of this is because he was raised in water, so he is used to the water doing that work for him. Sometimes this action results in people stepping on his tail. Obviously, this is quite painful, so the offender is often met with a dirty look or a scowl.

My first memory is waking up in bed of coral, surrounded by a school of fish. I couldn't remember anything but my name, Tesero. I asked the fish where I had come from, and they told me I was born from the sea, that I had just appeared in a flurry of bubbles. Shortly after asking the fish a few other questions, a little blue and yellow seahorse with a blue bow tie swam up to me and motioned me to follow him. “My name’s Finny, a pleasure to meet you sir!” He says as we start heading into an underwater cave. As we swim in I see hundreds of multicolored crystals covering the walls. “This place is beautiful…” I whisper, looking around the cave that Finny had led me to. “Why thank you sir!” Finny bows. “It took a while to make it all nice and cozy, the crystals used to stick out in odd ways and were rather prickly at times.” The little seahorse seemed very proud of his work. In all honesty, I was as well.
“Finny?” I call after looking around the little cave home prepared for me. “Yes sir?” He says as he swims over to me. I chuckle. “You don’t have to call me sir, Finny. I know you think of me like a king or something, but I’d rather have you as a friend.” Finny looks at me as if I had given him some kind of precious item. “Why thank you si--Tesero!” He corrects himself. I smile at him. “The prophecy was correct, Tesero. It spoke of you as a very kind creature.” Finny pauses for a moment and stares at me with a look of confusion. “What exactly are you, Tesero?” I look down sadly. “I’m not sure… all I can remember is my name, and the events today.” I sigh.
A few months later, after I had discovered that I could go to the surface, and still breathe with no trouble, I decided to venture onto land. Finny suggested it, and wished to come with me as well. Ever since I discovered that I had water magic, and was able to encase him in a bubble, he had wanted to go up to the surface and see the sunset each night. “The crabs told me that the land creatures have something called fishbowls, where they keep their pet fish if they have any. You wouldn't have to carry me in the bubble all the time, I could stay in the fishbowl sometimes too.” He had told me excitedly one day. I reluctantly agreed to taking him, after much begging, and even a few bribes.
It was a long journey for the both of us, because we lived pretty far out in the ocean. After a few weeks of traveling, we finally reached land. The sandy beach was deserted… I suppose everyone was sleeping, since it was the dead of night. I enclosed Finny in a bubble and started to walk up onto the beach. “I apologize ahead of time for any shaking of the bubble, Finny. I've never walked on dry land before and I’m pretty sure I’m gonna have sea legs and possibly fall down.” When my feet touched the sand, I knew I was supposed to come there...
Eventually I got the hang of walking on solid ground. “Good job Tes!” Finny praised. “Well now that you've got the hang of walking, can ya get me some fresh sea water? It’s getting a little stagnant in the bubble.” I laughed and made my way back to the waves, gathering another bubble of water and surrounding the seahorse with it. “There ya go bud. Better?” “Oh yeah Tes, much better.” Finny swivels around and looked at the horizon. “It’s almost day, we should start exploring!” He squealed excitedly.
I walked along the edge of the water, letting the waves lap at my paws. Finny floated behind me in his little bubble of water I had made for him. He pointed out the land creatures that passed by, and noted little things about them. “Hey that one kinda looks like you! They have a face that kinda looks like yours…” Finny squinted and stared at the creature. “Nope, definitely not. They don’t have the feathers.” A few of the passers by gave me odd looks, possibly because of me being so different from them. I didn't mind it though, the fish I had met on my first day looked at me in the same fashion.
After several hours of searching for someone like me, I decided to settle down for some rest. Finny agreed, and I put him about a hundred yards out from shore, because I didn't know If I could retain my water magic while asleep. I, myself, went back to the beach to take a nap out in the warm sun.

I was awakened by two mysterious land creatures. “Hey! Wake up!” I heard a male voice yell at me. “Rex! He’ll wake up, you don’t have to yell at him!” A female voice responded. I opened my eyes slowly, to see the male standing over me. He was a light and dark brown color, with several shades of brown markings all over his body, but the most remarkable thing about him was the fact that he had feathers coming out from behind his ears and tail. “Look! He’s awake!” The creature said. The female had called the male ‘Rex’, so I assumed that was his name. “Uhh… Hi there?” I said uncertainly to Rex, who was still standing over me, his face hovering only a few inches above mine. “REX! Give the poor guy some space!” The female scolded. He face came into view and I was surprised to see the same features that Rex had. Though she was a mixture of several different pastel colors, she has white feathers coming out from her ears and tail, just like Rex. “Hello! What’s your name?” She asked me after Rex had backed off a bit. “Hello. I’m Tesero, who are you guys?” I ask. “I’m Kaari, and this is Rex.” She answers. “You’re an interesting plumerian, Tesero… You look like a mermaid or something!” Rex commented. “Plumeria-what?” I say back. “Plumerian. Don’t you know what you are?” Kaari sounded surprised. I shook my head. "I don't know what I am, but if it helps any, I can tell you about my past." Kaari's eyes lit up and she smiled. "I'm pretty sure you're a plumerian, like us-" She nods towards Rex, who still has a rather grumpy look on his face. "-but you can tell us about yourself if you want. Always good to make new friends!" I take a deep breath and begin my story.
I told them about how I was born from the sea, and how I had lived there all my life. They listened carefully, Rex interrupting now and then to make a comment, Kaari always telling him to hush afterwards. All of a sudden, I remembered I had left Finny in the ocean. I stop mid sentence and the two Plumerians tilt their heads at me. “One minute please. I’ll be right back.” I stand on wobbly feet and make my way over to the sea. I look back before I dive in, to see Rex and Kaari talking to each other, expressions of concern and confusion on their faces.
“Finny! I found them! I found the land creatures like me!” I say excitedly. “They call themselves Plumerians! Hurry! You must meet them!” I gather the still half asleep seahorse in a bubble and swim to the surface. “Ack, Tesero! Calm down!” he mumbles at me. We reach the beach and Rex and Kaari are waiting for us.
Kaari’s eyes were wide with amazement and Rex seemed a little unsettled. “Uh… Tesero? I think you failed to mention that you could control water.” Rex commented. I chuckled and sat down beside of them, Finny bobbing up and down in the bubble beside me. “So that’s the seahorse you talked about? Finny, yeah?” Rex asked. Finny nodded in return, seemingly speechless. “Hey… do you guys mind if I stay with you for a little bit, before I return to my undersea home?” I interrupted. “No, we don’t mind.” Kaari said kindly, Rex giving her a glare of annoyance in return. I look up at the sky, which is beginning to darken. “Well… we should probably get there. Do you perhaps have a fishbowl for Finny?” I say to them, wanting to move along. “Yeah. We have a fishbowl.” Rex said in a rather sarcastic tone. “It’s called the toilet.” He mutters. “Rex! Don’t you dare!” Kaari scolds. “Come along Tesero, I have a feeling this might take awhile.” Kaari says, returning to her normal, kind tone. Rex gives a grunt of protest, and then reluctantly follows. “Don’t you worry about him.” Kaari whispers to me. “He’s just tired.” She giggles.

Tesero wrote:There’s no sight like it, watching the sun go down over the ocean,
casting a reflection of different colors across the water. They say that inspiration comes instantly from it,
that even the least creative feel motivated to make something as beautiful as the sunset. It’s a truly
amazing experience, often enlightening. Whenever I watch the sunset, I feel as if every burden
and struggle has been lifted from me. It is a blessing; a beautiful gift from the sea. I am very thankful for
this gift that has been granted to me.
Optional to read, just a little story about Tesero's first time seeing
the sunset over the ocean, and a playlist of songs that remind me of him.“Shall we go see the sunset
tonight Tesero?” Finny mentions for about the 50th time
this week. “The dolphins told me today that it was going to
be spectacular tonight, that the conditions are perfect!” He
adds, swimming around me excitedly. “I still don’t
see what’s so special about this ‘sunset’.” I grumble.
“Besides, I don’t know if I can support you in
a bubble yet.” I lay down on my little bed of seaweed and
yawn. “I think I’m going to call it a night.” I say, hoping
to change the subject, or end the conversation.. “Aww come on
Tes! Please? Will you do it for me?” Finny whines. I close my
eyes and try to block him out.
Even though Finny is suppose to take care of me, I often
find that I am responsible for him, and his little shenanigans.
“Please? Tesero, Pleeeeeaaase?” I open my eyes slowly and give
Finny a dirty look. He responds with a pout. “Fine. Just this once.”
I groan and stand up. “Yay!” Finny squeals like a little child.
“Hurry up Tes!” Finny squeals as we swim up to the surface.
“Calm down Finny!” I say in an annoyed tone. “We’ll get there
when we get there.” Dolphin tails begin to come into sight, and
reflections of clouds ripple across the surface. I can feel an air of
excitement coming from the little yellow and blue seahorse swimming
beside of me.
My head breaks the water and I take in a breath of fresh air. Finny taps
my side. “Bubble time!” He says excitedly. A tingling sensation passes
through me as I gather Finny up into an orb of water. The bubble slowly rises,
stopping to hover over the surface. In my concentration, I hadn't heard the
squeaks coming from the dolphins around me. “Look! It’s starting!” One
announced rather loudly. I turn my focus to the horizon, leaving just enough
concentration to retain Finny’s bubble.
A multitude of different colors danced across the sky. Blues, purples, reds,
pinks, oranges, yellows, all surrounding a great ball of fire… the sun.
“It’s beautiful…” I murmur. A muffled “I told you so!” came from the
bubble behind me, but in my awe, I did not respond. Several ‘ooh’s and
‘ahh’s sounded around me, as the dolphins admired the sunset.
The spectacular scene faded out within a few minutes, and the sky
darkened to a deep blue. One by one, the dolphins dove back down
into the sea, but Finny and I lingers just a few minutes longer.
“That was AWESOME!!!” Finny practically screamed.
“Can we come back tomorrow?!?” I smile at the little seahorse.
“Definitely.”

There are several reasons I want to call Tesero mine, here are just a few~
-Tesero is the first plumie that I have kept connection with over an extended period of time. Out of the 15+ plumerians I have tried out for, Tesero is the only one that I truly and deeply connect to.
-Char, you did a wonderful job on this design! I have fallen in love with it, I can't stop doing art! I've gotten so much inspiration from Tesero's character, I don't now what to do with it all other than to make art of him! owo
-As the first post stated, the form must be concise, so I didn't want to overdo it, but there is so much more I have in store for Tesero If I should win him. I plan to further develop his history as time goes on, adding events that would happen in the future, and a lot more detail. I felt like putting accessories in the form was a little too much, but I've come up with a few ideas as to what they would be. I plan on involving him in a few role-plays as well, so he can hopefully make some new friends.
