He's often nicknamed Tama by his brother, and doesn't like it very much. Tamago means egg in Japanese, and can also refer to a sweet egg omelette, which are used in making sushi. Since 'ebi' is also a type of food used in sushi, I thought it would fit well with his brother's name. As well, eggs are something often added to noodles. I thought it would be cute because his feathers kind of look like egg yolks,
and because of how I personally associate eggs with happiness and cheer.

&Personality;;
Tamago is bright and bouncy, a ball of seemingly-endless energy.
He is always in motion, whether it's running around and playing games or merely tapping his feet and fiddling with his hands.
Tama is also rather loud sometimes and tends to shout whenever he is talking.
It's not as if he's trying to be loud or bother anyone, but he's a bit hard of hearing and, being his 5-year-old self,
often forgets that he's talking too loudly.
While on the subject of being forgetful, Tamago usually overlooks things.
It could be something as small as forgetting to cap a marker or accidentally leaving the stove on (!!!),
but he forgets to do something at least once a day.
However, no matter how forgetful he could be, Tamago will never leave a mess.
It bothers him to no end, and even though he loves being messy and playing with sand and dirt and mud,
he would always take the time and clean up afterwards.

&Dream Job;;
Tamago's dream job would be to work at a restaurant making Lamian.

He has always wanted, from the bottom of his heart, to one day make really great noodles for his big brother and make him proud. However, he didn't want to make ramen because he had so much of it as he was growing up, and wanted to impress Ebi by making him something different. Making hand-pulled noodles suits Tamago's personality because it requires a lot of energy and he'd constantly be stretching the dough. When making the noodles, the cook would hit the dough against a flat surface to get the extra flour off, making a loud noise. Tamago is fascinated by the rhythmic actions and the loud sound that occurs, which is something that makes him feel better because of his difficulty hearing.

&Relationship with Ebi;;
Tamago gets along rather well with Ebi, to be honest. While he doesn't appreciate his brother's constant use of nicknames or the one that was given to him (he's not a baby, darnit!), he adores watching and learning as his older brother cooks. The one thing that gets on Tamago's nerves, however, is his older brother's room. While it reflects Ebi's interests and Tama respects that, it's just too cluttered with toys and collectibles for him to stand. Tama is forever trying to sneak inside and trying to clean it up a bit more.

Her dream job would have to be a artist. She picked up on it and enjoys drawing even if they are only a few scribbles on a piece of paper. She typically draws Ebi eating ramen or playing with her since they are the most fun things to draw for her. She loves to show Ebi her drawing and loves to hear the advice and praise. This is something that bonds her and ebi.

Due to the large age diffidence between Ebi and Maccha has created the relationship of this is my cool grownup brother who is awesome. She loves him like heck and is very close to him. It is rare to see her with out ebi close by when is not working.

"My brothers name is Ebi. I call him BeeBee. He works as a waiter at a restaurant near his school. When he's at home, sometimes he lets me dress him up like a movie star. He can be a bit silly sometimes and sometimes he smells like salt. But I still love him a lot. He loves me, too. On valentines day, I give him cards and Snickers bars. Then he gives me caramels. My parents said at first he didn't like me very much, but now he does! And he wears this hat thing. I wanted one, too, so I could be like him. But he said it would take the specialness away, and I don't want to do that.

You know what's stupid? Ramen Noodles! They are so-o-o-o-o gross! Unhealthy, too! I have no idea why he likes them so much. Caramel is so better! He says he's waiting for me to grow up and realize I'm wrong, but I think he's wrong. It's the only thing we ever fight about. But we always make up over pocky. My parents think it's funny when I get mad over it, so does he, but I'm serious. I try to tell them that.

But, I won't be able to fight over food with him any more. He's going to get his own apartment soon. I really don't want him to, but mommy says he is 'getting too old' to live with us. I cried when he first told me. It won't be for another year or two, but I don't care. Because if he's gone, I won't be able to sing karaoke with him anymore, or dress him up all pretty. And he's the only one who can keep the monsters out of my room, and he makes me soup when I'm sick. BeeBee says mommy or daddy can do it, but it isn't the same. It's not fair, I want him to stay forever and ever."
