I would help him find himself. No pressure. I would be there to offer a helping hand, but I would never force myself upon him. That would only make him feel worse.
I would give him as many helpful opportunity's to experience as many things as possible. Be it making friends, or discovering enemies I would be there beside him helping him when he stumbles and giving a supportive word.

Going through your teenage years is tough and difficult. I think most of us have had a first hand experience. Sure its going through a phase, but the decisions that one makes now will influence life in later years.
Ruuyoh has had a hard life. His past is something of a history, he refuse to talk about it to anyone. He was kidnapped when he was very young from his home in Rio de Janeiro and was shipped to Moscow. He found that he could fly easier in the cold air and grew to love the city. He grew to be a fast strong teenager, and took pride in what he was. He sometimes dreamt of his home, and longed to see friendly faces once more.
Is this a phase for him?
I think not. Even though he will grow to become a faster, stronger, smarter Parrapup his past will have a strong effect on him and will always influence his thoughts.
What is part of his past is part of his future.
