Junebug's least part of spring is rain. If she had it her way she'd spend everyday outside playing in the sunshine, having adventures her imaginary fairy friends. When it rains she's forced to stay inside, waiting for the sun to come out again. She'll sit by a window, watching the rain come down, and when she does, she can just see her fairy friends out there, bringing beautiful spring flowers up from their winter slumber. She wishes more than anything that she was allowed to go and join them in waking up the flowers to bring the magic of spring.

daylight savings; a strange thing to despise, yes, but amani hates it with all her heart!
amani has a rare bleeding disorder called hemophilia, and isn't allowed to go outside
except for special occasions. instead, she has to stay inside. during her confinement,
she often watches other beans enjoy the nice weather, and gets lots of rest. but
because of daylight savings, amani has trouble falling asleep in the evening, and will
just lie in bed. not to mention the shouts of other kids and adults outside! if only they
knew how it felt to be stuck inside too.

The sound that the roof makes when it's raining is
particularly annoying today. I really do not understand
people who enjoy dancing in the rain and splashing in
puddles. I do hope that they all get hypothermia. Don't
you see what rain does to me? Sogginess is disgusting,
so why is it that people like the world to be soggy? I'm
very sorry to be ranting again, but I have had a
particularly revolting day. I was unable to venture
outdoors to paint all of the lovely spring flowers!
Their logic that rain grows flowers is irrelevant!

a strange thing to hate, i know! she gets even worse in the summer.
bug overheats very easily, especially on her head and where her fur is darkest. she prefers to stay inside and play than to go outside when the weather is nice. The only sun she likes to play in is the kind at night after a warm day, when everything is cooling down but the orange rays of the sun still hit.

April showers may bring May flowers, but April showers also bring out the worms. There is nothing that Lotus hates more than the slimy pink creatures that come from the earth. Their headless, eyeless bodies terrify her beyond rational thought. Whenever the worms slither over the earth after a rainfall, there is no chance that Lotus will even leave her room for fear of the discussting squiggly monsters. If you do get her outside, she'll spend the entire time watching everywhere she put her paws. One touch, and there is no doubt that she'll be screaming.
