Suddenly, the screen lights up with bright colors of black, white, and pinks. The
camera pans over the clapping and screaming crowd, slowly settling on the risen
stage. Zooming in, it focuses on a door to the left, a couple pink lights around it.
The stage is set up to look like it's a dressing room, white walls, black carpet floors,
and black and white items all over with splashes of the gorgeous pinks. A teenager
with rather peculiar hair enters the stage from and door, modestly waving towards
the stage. Walking over the the hostess, he settles into the black chair. Where they
sat, behind them was a counter with makeup, clothes, and styling tools to give it a
real look of a dressing room, even the chairs were like those you saw at a hair saloon
or something. The bean shook the hostess' hand, grinning happily.

Won't Back Down
By Tom Petty

Well I won't back down,
no I won't back down
You could stand me up
at the gates of hell
But I won't back down

Gonna stand my ground,
won't beturned around
And I'll keep this world
from draggin' me down
Gonna stand my ground
and I won't back down

Hey baby, there ain't no
easy way out
Hey I will stand my ground
And I won't back down

Well I know what's right, I got
just one life
In a world that keeps on pushin'
me around
But I'll stand my ground and I won't
back down

Hey baby there ain't no easy way out
Hey I will stand my ground
And I won't back down

"Hello and Welcome. I'm so glad you could make it today."

Jax:
"Ah, Hello indeed. I'm pleased to be here, thank you for having me."

Pure:
"So, seems as though you've had a pretty busy year. Your fifty cities tour just ended, must've been exhausting."

Jax:
"Oh, it was."
-laughs calmly- "It really was, but completely worth it. Though, I could probably hibernate longer than a bear at this point."

Pure:
"Oh, how tiring. Shall we get onto the questions then?"

Jax:
"Yes please, that would be wonderful."

Pure:
"My aren't you polite. Alright, tell us about yourself. Whats your name and age? Your passion in life? Who are you personality wise?"

Jax:
"Thank you. Hmm, okay. My name is Jax Riley, and I am a seventeen-year-old musician. My passion in life, well I have two. I wish to be the best musician I can be. Mainly focused around guitar, drums, and singing, but who's to say I can't master the violin, piano, and flute as well? It's truely hard to judge myself personality wise, I might hold a lot of bias, no? But I'll tell you what my friends think of me. Apparently I am calm and laid-back naturally, but I have a punk edge that could scare someone out of the room if you get on my bad side. My best friend's little brother calls me his 'hero' and 'role model' but I don't see myself as such. It's such an honor though. Also, I seem okay with all ages. No kids, elderly, or otherwise can bother me, unless you push me over my very very thick and spread out line. So, in all I'm supposedly a nice 'bad boy' with a good, clean reputation. It makes me happy, even if I am slandered for being a 'push-over' and 'only in it for the fame.' I couldn't care less about the money and fame, and there is nothing wrong with being a selfless people pleaser."

Pure:
"Well, so far you have been a wonderful person to talk to. You're very light indeed. So, I hear you're one of the younger stars, right? Only seventeen and already a hit. Care to help us explore your career and life so far?"

Jax:
"I am one of the younger stars, however, with the viral singers becoming popular, it's becoming less uncommon. I don't mind. I myself got my start as a kid. My parents were actors. I got onto a couple shows for small, random parts, but eventually I starred a lead in a teen oriented show called 'Teen Bean' and became popular enough at fifteen. I was asked to try out a show, it was one of those singing shows. That's where I got my big break. I got sponsored, got a record deal, and in two years, my career took off so much faster than I could have ever expected. Honestly, it was a wonder I got a lead role, much less became a loved musician!"
-grins, shiting in the seat.- "It's absolutely breathtaking in all honesty."

Pure:
"Wow, an actor and a musician! That's pretty outstanding. So,do you have any other hobbies?"

Jax:
"Yes, actually. I love trying anything. You already know what I do and have done, the instruments I play, all that. But, I love
to play a couple sports. American Football and Soccer are two of them, I also enjoy polo sometimes and lacrosse. I've been hit in the head a couple too many times though."
-laughs sheephishly- "But I also enjoy adrenaline pumping things. I enjoy roller-coasters and bungee jumping, even though I do the latter rarely. I still get scared out of my mind when I'm in a nose dive towards the ground from hundreds of feet above."

Pure:
"I can't blame you. I myself could never ever do that kind of hobbies. The roller-coaster and bungee parts. Do you have anyone you do these things with? Who are your friends, and do they think the same of you as you do of yourself?"

Jax:
“Well, I actually don’t have too many friends who’d do those things with me. I actually don’t have many friends at all, however I do have people I enjoy spending time with periodically. There’s Jace Lee, an okay friend of mine. He sees me as an acquaintance I believe though. I defiantly don’t think he likes punk music though, or really any music, but his boyfriend seems okay too, I’d like to become friends with them in the future. Elouise is another, but it doesn’t take a genius to see she’s a major germiphobe. She’s told me things like ‘Well I do like your love of music, it's quite fascinating, really, but punk is rather un-proper. But I do say, you are a generally nice bean’ which I guess made me happy, even though I don’t see punk as improper. And then there is Dray, who seems to think I could ‘easily join a gentleman's group of some kind, though, you may have to tone down your hair color’, even though I absolute love my all natural hair color. It’s not dyed you know. He seems like an old-fashioned guy, but I can see being his friend easily. Then there is Nickel, who likes the same music as me. I could see him defiantly becoming a great friend of mine, even though I’d love to have all of them as my friends.”

Pure:
“Hmm, they seem… friendly I guess. But I won’t judge them, I don’t know them.”

Jax:
“They’re plenty okay, no one is perfect or the same as someone else.”
–shrugs, grinning-

Pure:
“Indeed, that’s the truth. Now, one last question. What do you see yourself doing in the future?”

Jax:
“Ohh this is tough. I guess everyone expects me to answer with ‘oh I’m going to be the best punkstar in the world, and retire to live a happy, money filled life with my groupies and such’ but… That’s probably the farthest from what I want. I want to use my talents to help others. I’ll probably do acting and singing for a good part of my life, but… recently I’ve really wanted to be a radio telecaster. I might try to graduate school and go to college to learn everything media based. So.. in my future I see myself playing music and acting, as well as having or co-working in a radio station. Also, all my wealth will probably go to charities, and I’m not saying that to seem like a good guy, I’m absolutely serious.”
–smiles softly- “I enjoy making others happy any way I can.”

Pure:
“You really are a good guy, you know that? Oh boy, it seems like that is all the time we have. Well, Jax Riley, it’s been a major pleasure to have you on the show, and I really hope to see you again soon. Good luck with your plans for the future, and keep that passion burning bright.”

Jax:
“Thank you so much for having me, this was really a lot of fun.”

They stood and shook hand calmly, exchanging a confident smile. Turning
to the audience, who at this point were going nuts with their clapping and
shouting, they bowed together, and exited the stage side by side, exchanging
soft murmurs of encouragement. The bright lights abruptly died down and
the camera flicked off, the show ending and the commercials starting.

1-5 interview questions -
What sparked your love of music? Well.. I was about 5 when I first started getting into music and listening to it. My father first introduced me to grunge music when I was about.. six or seven, because he, at the time, was in one of those bands. Whenever my father'd get home from trips, or just from band practice, he'd turn on his favorite song Where Did You Sleep Last Night? by Nirvana, and we'd dance to it. My mother always teased us about it, but it wasn't long before she joined in. When I was around the age of ten, my love for music started to get stronger, and I became more passionate about it. It wasn't long after my 13th birthday that I finally joined a band formed by two of my best friends, and I was the guitarist of course, so from that point, I loved being in bands and playing for people. So I guess to sum it all up, my father was the one who made me so passionate about music.
What got you started in playing the guitar? I started playing guitar when I was around.. eleven I believe. My father had bought me my first acoustic guitar for my birthday, and I just couldn't get enough of it. I loved how it sounded, and how intricate it looked when played. Since I couldn't play very well at first, my father would always play it and let me listen, and also teach me in the process. It didn't take long for me to catch on, and end up being able to play songs like About a Girl, or Soldier of Love. I was actually better than most of my friends, even though they had been playing a lot longer than I had. I was 14 when I got my first electric guitar, that my mom absolutely hated because I'd always practice at night and wake her up. I loved that guitar so much, and I loved how it sounded when I played it..
What genre of music do you prefer and why? Um.. I love a lot of music, I'm pretty open to genres, but my top favorite is Grunge. Like I said before, my father had introduced me to it at a very young age, and I always loved it. I do like other genres of rock, even metal, but it really depends on the band or the song. One of my top favorite songs used to be Sirens by Pearl Jam. I'd always play it on repeat, either in my room jamming to it non-stop, or listening to it in class while the teacher spoke. But now, my favorite song is Numb by Linkin park, I feel like it describes me so well for some reason, or as if I kind almost relate with it. But anyways, back to the point, I love all genres, but my favorite is Grunge.
How long have you wanted to be in a band? Well.. For a pretty long time actually, I mean, I used to be in small bands when I was younger, but nothing big. I loved being in a band, and getting to play for a bunch of people that loved the same music as I did. I never did stay in one band for longer then like.. A month, but that was usually because the others always kicked me out after a certain time because I was "Too wild" Stupid, right? I know. I always wanted to join the band Linkin park, since for a time being I looked up to them, and they kind of pulled me out of my darker times. I never managed to get in a big-time band like that, and I haven't been in one quite some time, I've been thinking of going solo instead. I'll never stop dreaming of that though, and I believe that if I keep my hopes up, I might actually join a big band someday, because I mean, who knows, right?..
Who got you started in the music industry? Oh wow.. I can't really name one person, because so many have helped me, and tried to get me auditions and what not.. I guess the biggest impact on me was my dad and his band because he started my interest in it. Though, when I got older I had met a certain someone, whom we'll call.. Jess for now. She was one of my better friends, since I didn't have many at the time when I met her. She helped work on my music, and helped me find possible bands for me to join, she even offered for me to join hers. I really looked up to her, she was basically my hero at the time. We were like two peas in a pod, we loved the same style, same music, same everything and it was awesome. I didn't get along with many people then, because they all thought of me as a punk, or a weirdo, but she didn't. I loved her like she was my sister, I even lived with her for a short time being. Sadly, she ended up being diagnosed with cancer and passed away a couple years after. It was heartbreaking obviously, and I just couldn't cope with that. I fell into a huge depression after she passed away, giving up on my dreams of becoming a musician, and even throwing away my guitar. I struggled getting out of my depression, but luckily I had my family to help me with it. I soon got back into music, bought a brand new guitar, and started playing again… I know this has been a slightly depressing twist to this question, but.. She was the one who got me started, and every time I play, I dedicate it to her, and all the help she gave me..

Olivionary;; "Hello! Welcome to the Olivionary show! I'm Olivionary and tonight I am joined by an infamous Rockstar, who'd like to introduce them self."

Harlii;; "Hey, Olivionary! It's rad being on your show tonight. I'm Harlii Jones, lead Guitar and Singer of the 'Jumpin' Beans'. Y'all in the audience should check us out some time, haha!"

olivionary;; "I have to comment, Harlii sounds very masculine."
Harlii;; "Yeh, I get that all the time. But I promise y'all, I'm 100% woman and 110% Rad."

Olivionary;; "Harlii, tell me about yourself?"
Harlii;; "I grew up in a stingy ol' 'ome in the middle of nowhere next to the tracks - all y'all could hear were those trains! I 'ave a couple of siblings, but they don't matter right now, huh? It's all about me. Haha!

I've always loved music, I grew up listening to everything and anything with an awesome beat. It's always about those heavy beats y'all.

Since I was 14, I knew I was Lesbean and 'ave always been very open about it. Gay Pride, woo!

I've been working in a lil Coffee Shop, doin' a few gigs every so often. Being on stage feels rad and I just love it. "

Olivionary;; "Have you ever been bullied about being Gay?"
Harlii;; "Yeh, I 'ave. But guess who's laughing now! ME! Jumpin' Beans are about to get signed, baby!"
Olivionary;; "Congratul-"
Harlii; "When I first became open about my sexuality, most took the mick. I did get upset, often, but I never resorted to anything. I let go of everything with my music. I was proud of who I was and I still am.

All of y'all in the audience should be proud of who you are too!"

Olivionary;; "How do you look after yourself then?"
Harlii;; "I eat my five a day of bugs - Ladybugs, Flies, Bees, Stick Insects, Mosquitos and does little slimy things that squirm underground. What are they again? WORMS! Worms, that's it.

Also, I run around on stage for hours and rehearse, jump around. I'm all around hyper.

Mental health? I write music and let my emotions go. It helped me relax, it made me feel normal. How about y'all watch go to the twitter page and tell us about what you do?"

olivionary;;
Harlii;;

olivionary;;
Harlii;;

Olivionary;; Thats all for now folks, but Harlii will be back in a few to do you guys a few tunes."

The Interview -

"Hi~And welcome to this 'Short' Interview with Heichou!"

H- Um,Its Taichou... Not Heichou. It may sound like Heichou But it's spelled like that.
Im rather aggravated by you right now -Mutters under her breath- My name is suppose to mean Leader or hero but its turned into a pet name for beans now -Swishes her tail violently across the floor boards- But yes i am 'Heichou' Im a Female Bean who has a strange taste for Books Surprisingly With my 'Punk ROCK' Aperreance. Im around 16 Since i dont know my exact age Yet. Im Bicurious only giving a few a chance to be with me... Well i may have the looks but My pick up lines arent the best -Uncomfortablely Plays with stray hairs- Ummm I get really nervous When i think to much so i start t-

"Ahaha okay um Heichou Thats to much information on you're name -Laughs forcefully- Sorry for cutting you off but Onto our Next Question! What are you like around friends or how do you act around strangers?"

H- Oh Well obviously nothing. I dont have friends. Their all dead. At least my mind says so. See i suffer from Memory loss after some tragic Accident. I kinda got stuck in my little wonderland Threw therapy. The timeline of what i supposly remember is That i was a run away child who apperantly was with A couple of frienda looking for adventure. But after that Some Accident happened, and i ened up severly Injured.I was about 7 when this happened,According to my Memories. The one thing i remember is My Sister...

"Oh thats sad to Hear... -awkward cough- Um,that got sad quickly... Anyways Whats the one word that you choose that Explains you're Personality?"

H- Exaggerated... I dont even know who i am! Im a bit bi-polar,seeming to change my moods quickly. but im calm and Collective,I seem to make up my own life by the minute when im alone,Making me think that im nothing but A simple little girl, who has one reason to live,to find out my Past....-Stares into Space- Well, anyways yeah, im a little to crazy with my life expectancys and i Think to much when a situation comes up. I Prefer to stay inside with my Books and living my Imaginary life, and My Food. -Bites on Nails-

"Huh,Sounds like me! -Chuckles- Well then,Heichou, tell us What you're Hobbies are~"

H- Oh,besides reading,i Love Composing music, Since im a bit Agoraphobic,I stay inside, writing Dumb songs about Life and what i think about it. I may sound Gothic but im Not,I just EXPRESS my bottled up feelings with My Little Victorian Piano i found in the house that was out in the middle of the woods. Oh! i forgot to mention that! Silly me! I eventualy found my own place out in the middle of the Forst. The trees are tall and the bracnhes are way up so you can easily spot the House. Its a simple Blue color that contrast off the Green,And it has overgrown grass,so i can act like im in the wild.

"Heh,You seem to forgot to say a lot of stuff in this Interview."

H- Oh um, -Shrugs continuoiusly- I guess its Just me talking a lot and forgetting im in the interview! since im usally talking to my

Sykes: WHY ARE YOU SO ANTI-SOCIAL? WHATS THE REASON BEHIND IT?
Costello: " I'm so anti social? Huh? I didn't know, kid. So how about you lay off? Well, if you really need to know its because nobody understands how bad the world is. Its like everyone is out to get you, and bring you down. If you look different, nobody wants to be your friend or even get to know you. And its not fair. You shouldn't be judged by you look, but by how you treat others. But nobody wants to give anybody a chance. Instead we rush straight to judgement. This hateful cruel world doesn't deserve my friendship or attention.- snorts -"

Sykes: HOW DID YOU LEARN TO WITCH CRAFT, AND CURSES?
Costello: " I learned when my parents abandoned me. When they left me for dead for being different, so they said before they left. - shrugs - I was collecting bones one day, and my parents ran off and left me alone. They didn't want me around them, anymore, they thought I was weird, and they didn't want me as their daughter. I was so young, so instead of dying out there. I found a couple pieces of old paper on the ground. I picked it up, and read it aloud.. With doing that I had summoned a dark portal in front of me, I quickly re-said the words. And then it disappeared . That day, I practiced and practiced. With that I have learned all these curses, hex's and spells. "

Sykes: WHAT ARE THE THREE THINGS YOU WOULD BRING ON A ISLAND?
Costello: " This is difficult. I have plenty of things I need. - huffs -
Lets see then, probably my spell book, because I need my hex's and spells. Its my main hobby, and helps me with everything. Literally. Then I would take my camera, because I love photography. And who knows, maybe the island has a beach cemetery? That'd be pretty rad. And last but not least. My Fruit bat companion, Attilla. He is my lovely, and my best friend. The only person I can trust and care about, ever. These are the three things I would need on this island. "

Sykes: WHAT IS THE HARDEST THING TO STOP ONCE YOU HAVE STARTED?
Costello: " Honestly, something I hate to say. Love. Once you start, it seems to be impossible to stop doing it. It hurts when you do, and doesn't feel right. Nothing feels right when you have to stop loving. Everything feels empty, and you feel like a hollow shell of your old self. Its a terrible feeling, and I don't ever want to feel love again. Only because in the end, I will be forced to leave the other person. Due to others, fear, or even cheating. Love, is hard to stop once started, and hard to let go, once its over. "

Sykes: GIVE PICTURES THAT DESCRIBE YOUR HOBBIES?
Costello: " Well, alright then. Here you go, kiddo.
Hobby one; Potion making ---- Hobby two; Collecting bones ---- Hobby three;Taphophilia ---- Hobby four; Ghost hunting ----

Witch Craft is making potions, healing, or... just starting trouble. With hex's, and curses. So i'd advise not to make me mad, darling.

Obviously, collecting bones is collecting bones. I have always been interested in the dead's bones. I often carve spells in them, so I don't forget the spell.

Taphophilia.. is a fun hobby, taking pictures of gravestones. Just, anything in a cemetery really.. Such a fun time.

Ghost hunting is chasing after spirits, and getting them to the point to show themselves. I often do this while in the middle of witch craft."

Username - Hello everyone. This is Tacita, interviewing a local city-dwelling jellybean dragon, getting the scoop on what makes beans tick. So, you want to say hi before we start?
Bean name - Hey kids and cats at home. My name's Delsin Devlin. Chose it myself, don't wear it out. You can call me anything from Del to Dev, just don't call me late for dinner. -laughs-
Bean gender - My gender? Male. I know it might be kind of hard to tell because I'm so stunning, but I'm all man, baby. -smiles-

1-5 interview questions -
1. Let's start things off with a few casual questions. So Mr. Del, do you have any hobbies?
I've got a few. Playing electric guitar or drums, singing in the shower, a bit of parkour here and there... Oh, and one more, ahem, illegal activity. The authorities don't exactly like someone spray-painting all over public buildings. -chuckles-

2. Do you have any favorite bands?
Big question there, buddy. I almost have too many to count! Punk rock is my passion next to graffiti. I love Green Day, the Ramones, The Clash... Even the lesser-known Care Bears on Fire and Less Than Jake. Anything I can rock out to that's fast is good and fun in my book. Other than that, I listen to a bit of drum and bass and some rap on the side. And swing. You can't go wrong with swing music.

3. Ladies or dudes?
Both actually, heh. I can swing either way. Gender isn't a big issue to me. If I love someone, I love someone. It's as simple as that. -grins-

4. So do you have any tragic backstory you're hiding behind that fabulous fringe?
Would you be interviewing me unless I had a dramatic story to tell? -chuckles- I'm just teasing you. 'Course I have a story. Everyone does at one point in their lives. Mine's a pretty simple one if you say it right. I was born to two jellybean dragon parents, like most beans. I just happened to be fortunate enough to be born to two stray dragons living on the streets of New York City. Eventually, they could barely take care of themselves, much less me, and the three of us had to part ways. I was just a kid then. I was born being used to looking after number one, so that's what I did. I scrounged around for food, fought for food, and ate food. Food makes the alley go 'round, after all. Well, most of us stray beans tended to be pretty feral. I was no different. I snapped and snarled, cowered and ran. I didn't know any different. That is, I didn't know any different until I was taught different.

Turns out some jellybean dragon that was saved and adopted by humans, who I now know as Vanilla Bean, had organized this program that took abandoned beans off of the street, civilized them, and gave them to good homes. I just so happened to be one of the beans taken into this program. It isn't as bad as it sounds. They were nice and the sure did straighten me out quick. -laughs- Soon I was as civilized as the rest of the jellybean dragons. Sadly for them, I still had a wild streak in me. I couldn't be tied down to one home or one human. I needed my freedom, my city rooftops and busy New York streets. Turns out a particular person tied to the program Vanilla Bean made took special interest in me when they heard about my reckless tendencies. Surprisingly enough, it was Vanilla Bean's buddy and new owner, Tacita. His old owner never gave him up, just moved him to Tacita 'cause she thought he'd be happier with a younger owner. But I won't get into that.

Anyhow, Tacita "adopted" me in the end. Technically she's my owner on paper, but in heart I own myself. I do my own thing on the streets and she provides me a nice place to sleep, eat, and play music in when I need a break from it all.

-grins- You really just wanted that long-winded answer out of this interview, didn't you, Tacita? Sneaky.

5. I don't know what you're talking about, Mr. Del. -looks innocent- So, do you have any advice for our audience before we go?
Whatever you say, Taci. -grins- Advice? Stay in school and always be yourself, no matter what other people say. Besides, they're not you anyways. -laughs- Only you get to be you! So go out there and be you!
