Suddenly, the screen lights up with bright colors of black, white, and pinks. The
camera pans over the clapping and screaming crowd, slowly settling on the risen
stage. Zooming in, it focuses on a door to the left, a couple pink lights around it.
The stage is set up to look like it's a dressing room, white walls, black carpet floors,
and black and white items all over with splashes of the gorgeous pinks. A teenager
with rather peculiar hair enters the stage from and door, modestly waving towards
the stage. Walking over the the hostess, he settles into the black chair. Where they
sat, behind them was a counter with makeup, clothes, and styling tools to give it a
real look of a dressing room, even the chairs were like those you saw at a hair saloon
or something. The bean shook the hostess' hand, grinning happily.

Won't Back Down
By Tom Petty
Well I won't back down,
no I won't back down
You could stand me up
at the gates of hell
But I won't back down
Gonna stand my ground,
won't beturned around
And I'll keep this world
from draggin' me down
Gonna stand my ground
and I won't back down
Hey baby, there ain't no
easy way out
Hey I will stand my ground
And I won't back down
Well I know what's right, I got
just one life
In a world that keeps on pushin'
me around
But I'll stand my ground and I won't
back down
Hey baby there ain't no easy way out
Hey I will stand my ground
And I won't back down

"Hello and Welcome. I'm so glad you could make it today."
Jax:
"Ah, Hello indeed. I'm pleased to be here, thank you for having me."
Pure:
"So, seems as though you've had a pretty busy year. Your fifty cities tour just ended, must've been exhausting."
Jax:
"Oh, it was." -laughs calmly- "It really was, but completely worth it. Though, I could probably hibernate longer than a bear at this point."
Pure:
"Oh, how tiring. Shall we get onto the questions then?"
Jax:
"Yes please, that would be wonderful."
Pure:
"My aren't you polite. Alright, tell us about yourself. Whats your name and age? Your passion in life? Who are you personality wise?"
Jax:
"Thank you. Hmm, okay. My name is Jax Riley, and I am a seventeen-year-old musician. My passion in life, well I have two. I wish to be the best musician I can be. Mainly focused around guitar, drums, and singing, but who's to say I can't master the violin, piano, and flute as well? It's truely hard to judge myself personality wise, I might hold a lot of bias, no? But I'll tell you what my friends think of me. Apparently I am calm and laid-back naturally, but I have a punk edge that could scare someone out of the room if you get on my bad side. My best friend's little brother calls me his 'hero' and 'role model' but I don't see myself as such. It's such an honor though. Also, I seem okay with all ages. No kids, elderly, or otherwise can bother me, unless you push me over my very very thick and spread out line. So, in all I'm supposedly a nice 'bad boy' with a good, clean reputation. It makes me happy, even if I am slandered for being a 'push-over' and 'only in it for the fame.' I couldn't care less about the money and fame, and there is nothing wrong with being a selfless people pleaser."
Pure:
"Well, so far you have been a wonderful person to talk to. You're very light indeed. So, I hear you're one of the younger stars, right? Only seventeen and already a hit. Care to help us explore your career and life so far?"
Jax:
"I am one of the younger stars, however, with the viral singers becoming popular, it's becoming less uncommon. I don't mind. I myself got my start as a kid. My parents were actors. I got onto a couple shows for small, random parts, but eventually I starred a lead in a teen oriented show called 'Teen Bean' and became popular enough at fifteen. I was asked to try out a show, it was one of those singing shows. That's where I got my big break. I got sponsored, got a record deal, and in two years, my career took off so much faster than I could have ever expected. Honestly, it was a wonder I got a lead role, much less became a loved musician!" -grins, shiting in the seat.- "It's absolutely breathtaking in all honesty."
Pure:
"Wow, an actor and a musician! That's pretty outstanding. So,do you have any other hobbies?"
Jax:
"Yes, actually. I love trying anything. You already know what I do and have done, the instruments I play, all that. But, I love
to play a couple sports. American Football and Soccer are two of them, I also enjoy polo sometimes and lacrosse. I've been hit in the head a couple too many times though." -laughs sheephishly- "But I also enjoy adrenaline pumping things. I enjoy roller-coasters and bungee jumping, even though I do the latter rarely. I still get scared out of my mind when I'm in a nose dive towards the ground from hundreds of feet above."
Pure:
"I can't blame you. I myself could never ever do that kind of hobbies. The roller-coaster and bungee parts. Do you have anyone you do these things with? Who are your friends, and do they think the same of you as you do of yourself?"
Jax:
“Well, I actually don’t have too many friends who’d do those things with me. I actually don’t have many friends at all, however I do have people I enjoy spending time with periodically. There’s Jace Lee, an okay friend of mine. He sees me as an acquaintance I believe though. I defiantly don’t think he likes punk music though, or really any music, but his boyfriend seems okay too, I’d like to become friends with them in the future. Elouise is another, but it doesn’t take a genius to see she’s a major germiphobe. She’s told me things like ‘Well I do like your love of music, it's quite fascinating, really, but punk is rather un-proper. But I do say, you are a generally nice bean’ which I guess made me happy, even though I don’t see punk as improper. And then there is Dray, who seems to think I could ‘easily join a gentleman's group of some kind, though, you may have to tone down your hair color’, even though I absolute love my all natural hair color. It’s not dyed you know. He seems like an old-fashioned guy, but I can see being his friend easily. Then there is Nickel, who likes the same music as me. I could see him defiantly becoming a great friend of mine, even though I’d love to have all of them as my friends.”
Pure:
“Hmm, they seem… friendly I guess. But I won’t judge them, I don’t know them.”
Jax:
“They’re plenty okay, no one is perfect or the same as someone else.” –shrugs, grinning-
Pure:
“Indeed, that’s the truth. Now, one last question. What do you see yourself doing in the future?”
Jax:
“Ohh this is tough. I guess everyone expects me to answer with ‘oh I’m going to be the best punkstar in the world, and retire to live a happy, money filled life with my groupies and such’ but… That’s probably the farthest from what I want. I want to use my talents to help others. I’ll probably do acting and singing for a good part of my life, but… recently I’ve really wanted to be a radio telecaster. I might try to graduate school and go to college to learn everything media based. So.. in my future I see myself playing music and acting, as well as having or co-working in a radio station. Also, all my wealth will probably go to charities, and I’m not saying that to seem like a good guy, I’m absolutely serious.” –smiles softly- “I enjoy making others happy any way I can.”
Pure:
“You really are a good guy, you know that? Oh boy, it seems like that is all the time we have. Well, Jax Riley, it’s been a major pleasure to have you on the show, and I really hope to see you again soon. Good luck with your plans for the future, and keep that passion burning bright.”
Jax:
“Thank you so much for having me, this was really a lot of fun.”

They stood and shook hand calmly, exchanging a confident smile. Turning
to the audience, who at this point were going nuts with their clapping and
shouting, they bowed together, and exited the stage side by side, exchanging
soft murmurs of encouragement. The bright lights abruptly died down and
the camera flicked off, the show ending and the commercials starting.
