Santana \s(a)-nta-na, san-tana\ as a boy's name (also used as girl's name Santana), is pronounced san-TAN-ah. It is of Spanish origin. A blend of Saint and Anna, after the fashion of Sinclair. Rock guitarist Carlos Santana has made the name familiar.

I liked this name before, but when i saw it's a boy name and, can also be used to girls, i loved it. It fits perfectly with Santana, 'cause she's some kind of tomboy girl.

I really couldn't make anything without music. So, i love to express part of my character's personality with music. Smoketide.
I chose this name because I wanted a name that fit, but definitely didn't belong to another JMD. Hence, smoke as in the stuff that looks like smoke and can be found in a lot of star pictures, and tide because she might be named Riptide if a) she was a blue jewel and b) there wasn't already a Riptide.

If you didn't notice all the "She"s and "her"s, Smoketide is most certainly a female.
Eye color ;;
Smoketide's eyes, in sharp contrast with her design, are a vivid, electric blue.
Jewel color ;;
Smoketide's jewel is shockingly bright white. She is proud of her power, despite how common it is.
Hair color & style ;;
Smoketide's hair is a lovely shade of chocolate brown, flecked with white. It looks like chocolate ice cream with white sprinkles and she always wears it in a braid on one side of her head.
Accessories ;;
Smoketide always wears mood earrings in the shape of owls (The "feathers" on their chests/stomachs change color), which are adorable and have black eyes and faces that make you want to shriek at the cuteness. Her braid is always tied with a silver ribbon. Smoketide also wears a necklace on a thin black cord with three charms - two white snowflakes and a blue one that matches her eyes in the middle. She wears a similar tail thing, only it is more like a wristband - made of purple fabric, about two inches thick, with the same design - only pink and gold snowflakes.
Personality ;;
Smoketide has a fair few layers of meaning. She's somewhat sweet, and maybe even a little quiet at times, but has a weakness for being boisterous. With friends only, though. Put her on stage or in front of a stranger, and she's quieter than a mouse. Drop her in with a group of good friends, and a movie, and it's like Smoketide is a whole different dragon: Bossy, Sarcastic, A Jester and quite loud. She has an amusing habit of saying "Owchie boo boo" whenever someone in a movie (a bad guy, obviously) falls of a cliff or something similar. Smoketide likes dares, but not the "eat this" kind. She would be in the "cool group", but her friends apparently aren't cool enough. And either way, to put it in her words, "Being cool means you're a fashionable moron". (No offense to real people, but Smoketide is prejudiced.)

mods have been posting for the longest time that its not allowed, and its like changing the appearance of the jmd. what i could do is make an exception for those two pieces, or just think of it as if theres no hair, and if you do have to time you can go back and fix them. i admit its my fault for not putting it in the front post, my apologies, but thats the way things roll.
