Why does he dislike being blind?: He hates being blind because he can't read, or see colors- or see anything in general. Some of his friends forget that he's blind and say, "Hey Saz! Look at that!" Sazuru just doesn't like not seeing anything. Sazuru also wonders what this phenomenon called "sky" is called, though he knows how the sun's heat feels, and how everything else feels. However, his inability to see has made him a slightly depressed Kiamara.

Why does he dislike being blind?:
Because he can't see the beauties and wonders of the dusty deserts, tall trees, high mountains, running waters, green grass, wild jungles, and misty sky's of course! No wonder he's so grumpy and unsocial looking. All he needs is time, and friends to tell him about what he's missing out on! Alas, he still gets depressed that he cannot see the gorgeous sights...

Why does he dislike being blind?:

To understand this, you must know his past.

His tale is unlike most, but not all, as when he was a child he grew up alone and thus was forced to get his feathers on himself. Scouring the trees for a birds nest, he found one, but by a particularly large tree with rocks. And so, as expected, once he grabbed a hold of his feathers he fell and hit his head on the rocks below. He cracked one of the nubs (that was the beginning) to be his horn, as well as damaged the part of the brain that granted him his sight.

Since then he has felt broken, and useless, as what Kiamara is of use without their sight? He glares all the time, as he doesn't know who is looking at him and where it's from, and he's rarely seen with a smile on his face. Unlike Renia, he hasn't come to terms with his sightless life...

Why does he dislike being blind?: He dislike's being blind because everyone keeps teasing him about it saying that he will hit a wall, a window, never know who is there, he has not a lot of friends because they will get bullied too. His 4 sense's are more developed since he is blind so he proove's all of them rong.

Why does he dislike being blind?:
Everyone uses colors when describing something. He knows little to nothing of the colors, other than the basics of the primary and secondary colors. He wasn't born blind so he has had a hard time adjusting to the blank world he sees. He hates knowing less than average about colors and when someone is describing something it always puts him in a cranky mood.

Why does he dislike being blind?
Sebastian hates being blind. It's gone past just a "dislike". He hates being blind so much because he can never be as confident or as involved in life as he would have hoped. None of his family members were blind, and he dislikes them because they were luckier than himself. He grew up wealthy and pampered, but truly unhappy. He is envious of all the others with sight, and he's never met another who is like him. He keeps all of his hurt inside and replaces it with hate and coldness. Inside, he's a ball of hurt and pain because no one understands him, but he'd never show those feelings.

Now, Sebastian was either lucky, or unlucky- but that's up for you to decide. He was born blind, so he didn't have to bear with the loss of eyesight. This also means he's never seen anything but darkness. He dislikes that he doesn't know what anything looks like, but he believes he would be more upset if he had lost his sight, after knowing how great and wonderful sight is. He just dislikes that he's blind in general, no matter the cause. He's more pessimistic about his blindness than Reina!

Hello journal! I am having someone write in you for me. Since I cannot see, that is… I do not know why I cannot ‘see’. It is a fascinating idea, to be able to look at the world around you. But, for some reason I cannot do it. I want to see ‘rainbows’ and I want to know what flowers are, besides things with a fragrant scent… why me? I am a good child, and an excellent student, at least that’s what my tutors tell me… did not do anything to deserve not being able to see! Will I ever be able to see, journal?

Teen
Hey journal. I haven’t had anyone write for me in a while, but I decided to let someone write for me again. I’m older now, so no one will know about you, okay? I just needed to let my feelings out somewhere. Anyway, today was a bummer. I started going to private school a couple months ago, and although I enjoy the company of other kiamaras, my blindness is a weakness in some eyes, and I cannot play any ‘manly’ games in gym. It is a huge hit to my ego, and has caused me to shrink back, and act scared. Of course, then they all pick on me and make matters worse. Sometimes nowadays I wish I could shrivel up and become nonexistent. Alas, this won't happen anytime soon, so I am stuck to live with the taunts of others. My hope of being able to see one day is slowly dying... I'll never be able to see.

Older teen
I really shouldn't be writing in you. Well, not me, of course. Life is an utter nuisance. I still get bullied, but not as much. Now many are afraid of me because I work out and I am stronger then some. Life is not looking up for me, and I think I may have to give up. I'm considering returning to my tutors for aid instead of school. I still cannot play games that require a skill called, “hand-eye coordination, even if I had an interest. My blindness has gotten in the way of my life and I hate it. I have now realized I am going to stay blind forever, for there is no cure.

Adult
Life without sight is limiting. It hurts and it makes me mad. I hear children on the street playing, and I stop to listen, just long enough to hear one shout, “Hey, look at that!” instinctively my head turns, expecting to ‘see’ something, but each time I am disappointed for I cannot see. Then I curse silently and continue on my way. There are many professions that I would like to go into as a working adult, but I cannot, for they require sight to complete. To this day I’ve never met anyone with blindness and I cannot cope with the fact that I am the only one with this ‘problem’. I am always envious and snappy when I’m around other adults, because even without meaning to they will say something that has to do with sight- or worse, they’ll pity me. It hurts like hell, but I’ve learned never to show weakness. Showing weakness was my only flaw when I was a kid, and as an adult, you are my only flaw, journal. I believe this will be the last time I will have someone write in you, journal. Au revior.
