Strawberry Avalanche walked on the path of the thick the forest, looking up at the midnight moon. She turned back, hoping, that no one was following her. She felt as if someone was watching her. She started to run. She panted, and panted. She started to panic. "Hello?" She whispered as she stopped and turned back. She felt something pounce on her. "Ahhhhh!!!!!" She screamed, and stood up instantly. " Rawr!!!!!" Zona said. "Zona," Delyth said. "You scared her to death!!!!!" She laughed as she walked up to both of them. "Zona, Delyth!!!!!" Strawberry Avalanche said. "You guys gave me a heart attack!!!!!" She smiled. "Well sorry, miss 'I like walking alone at midnight'." Delyth said. "Hey, where are you going anyway?" Zona said. "Ummmmm," Strawberry Avalanche stood up and started walking. "I am going to the river." She said. Zona and Delyth started walking up with her. " Haven't you heard the rumors in school?" Zona said. "No," Strawberry Avalanche went on. "What are you talking about?" "Oh yeah, there is a rumor that there is ghosts there that will haunt you." Delyth said. "Yeah, Real spooky guys." Strawberry Avalanche said. "It's true, There were people there that came back and they weren't the same." Zona said. Strawberry Avalanche rolled her eyes. "And I assume you both believe that?" She asked. "Well," Zona said. "I don't know, how 'bout you?" Zona said, looking at Delyth. " Oh yeah I believe it, I saw a picture of those JMD's who went there. I saw a picture before and after. They just weren't the same." Delyth said. Strawberry Avalanche started to get chills up her spine. They walked in silence for a couple of minutes. "Well," Strawberry Avalanche went on. "We're here." Strawberry Avalanche said. "Why did you want to come here?" Delyth asked. "It's so, so peaceful." Strawberry Avalanche responded. "I have only been here once before, it was in daytime though, and it, it was so beautiful." She said. "Huh." Zona said. They sat in silence. "What was that?" Delyth said suddenly. "What?" Zona said. " That, that cold wind. It just brushed by me." Delyth finished saying. Zona looked around, then at Delyth. "The ghosts. " Zona whispered. "Guys, stop trying to scare me." Strawberry Avalanche said. "It's not working. " Strawberry Avalanche went on. She then suddenly felt it her self, then saw a reflection of something in the water beside her. Zona and Delyth weren't there. They were on the other side of her. "Guys!!!!!" Zona said "look!!!!!" She screamed, pointing to a clear Ghost-like figure. "Run!!!!!" Delyth screamed. They all started running away. They got back to town, when the sun was Starting to rise. "That was a close one." Strawberry Avalanche said. " Are we like, possessed now?" Zona said shaking. "No," Delyth said. "They didn't have a chance to get to us in time. Trust me, I read the story about the JMD's That were possessed there. They didn't get us." Delyth said. They all looked at each other. "That was a stupid idea to go there." Strawberry Avalanche said. "This stays are secret, okay?" Strawberry Avalanche said. Zona and Delyth looked at eachother. "Right." They agreed.
