I've renamed myself to paper flowers(:
name:
Since I've decided for my tryout form to be centered around Ghana, I'ved given this girl the name of Akua. Ghanaian names are often based on the day the child was born, and Akua happened to be born on a Wednesday. Characteristics of Wednesday, often noted in this particularly lovely culture, are one of determination and spontaneity.
It describes Akua perfectly.
gender:
Akua is a female, nothing more, nothing less. She's comfortable as who she is and she'll let you know it.
her culture/heritage:
Being from Ghana, Akua had been taught English ever since she was born. When she speaks, her diction is flawlessly noble, reliving her culture without any prompting. Akua would describe the celebrations and dances, alive with music and a cuisine fit to fill a king. But, as she babbles on, you'll notice a slight change in her voice when she comes across her culture's number one sport; association football.(basically soccer) Akua is a devil when it comes to football, racing across the ground and avoiding the flailing legs, a light in her eyes could only be described as passion for the sport. She wouldn't give up football, her team, or the sport as the whole for anything.
