One day in winter you came and found her. Then you took her here and I thought I would try for getting my first JBD.

Capsella, which means "casket" in Latin.

Capsella lived in an old, forgotten graveyard. It was dark and gloomy, with large stone walls that would crumble if they were touched; and full of graves covered in dirt and moss. She was almost starved to death, and in a very bad condition all of the time. Capsella mostly just protected the old, crumbling grave of her dead mother, claiming that it was all she had left. She drank from a small, almost entirely dried out river that once could have been beautiful, and ate whatever scraps or dead animals she could find. Capsella refused to leave at first, and was deeply afraid - and aggressive - towards humans.

None other than some desolate, rocky mountains. Life was dangerous, faced with other potential predators and the risk of losing your life at any moment, it was suprising this fierce, free spirit ed little girl was found. Though, with her dusty brown fur she blended in well with her surroundings, despite her...Interesting tribal-painted markings.

location // Serendipity used to live on an Indian Reserve, where she was the chief's daughter. She was often convinced that the tribal paintings on her fur would scare away the darkness of the demons, hence her tribal paintings.

Caliope lived in an underground cave. Glow worms and shining rocks lit the cave and the rocky shelf she called her bed. She was always basked in a deep green glow from the curious creatures. Bats never frequented the cave, given that it was hard to reach from the outside. The only sounds she heard was the constant dripping of the stalactites.

The only way to reach said cave was to swim through a tunnel in the side of a foggy, yet crystal clear lake, so she was well hidden from prying eyes. In the outside, the shore was full of tangled growth and brilliant blue flowers that glowed in the night. She painted her body with the dyes from these flowers to help camouflage herself in her surroundings. Thick, dark barked trees ringed the lake and choked the sky. Sunlight rarely broke through these branches. Birdsong was rare in this part of the forest, except for the call of the ravens.

location // Shanika lived deep in the might Sahara dersert. She was living in a large hollowed out catus plant, the inside covered with soft moss and trinckets she stole or found. Shanika only survived due to the fact she stole food from a nearby village. They called her Shanika, and some even left food out for her.

Bali's home...well, I should say, where she used to call home, was deep in the jungle. The Amazon Rainforest to be more exact. Bali loved her rainforest and the animals there were her friends. They are the ones who taught her everything she knows since her parents died right after she hatched. She grew up swinging from the trees with the monkeys and swimming with the Pink River Dolphins. The numerous, colorful birds taught her to sing and the Blue and Gold Macaws (parrots) taught her to talk.
She loved all the flowers there. The wild Ghost Orchids, the Venus Flytraps and the numerous other exotic plants which always gave off such a sweet, dreamy fragrance that mixed perfectly with the mulchy, damp smell of the leafbed. She painted markings on her body to remind her that she will always be wild at heart. She chose the color of the Macaws because they were her teachers. She never thought that she would leave this little patch of Heaven where no man had ever set foot...but for some reason, she did.

For the longest time, Nayru lived on a small island in the middle of a great sea. It was quiet and peaceful, with a good variety of... Everything, really! There were sandy, crystalline beaches, tall cliffs with a small forest atop them, and even a small spring hidden deep within it! Supposedly, it was protected by a giant blue fish with a strange pearl in a anglerfish-esque lantern-type thing on it's head. Apparently, it was destroyed by some sort of evil magic or something. Then again, considering her name, her imagination, and Zilar's love of video games, she might have imagined this up while watching him play Wind Waker >_>
