Answer: As you may know, blindness does not necessarily mean that someone will have two different colored eyes. While lighter colored eyes (Such as blue) have a higher risk of becoming blind in the future, it obviously doesn't really apply in this situation. However, some causes of blindness involve damage to the cornea (Such as an injury). When this happens, the cornea can change from being clear and revealing the color of the iris to being white and opaque. If his eye was white, I think it would also pose a bit of a mystery as to its "original" color

Answer: I would give him a very light brown eye color, caramel colored really, because through those scars and the blind eye he isn't a super tough stallion with a rock hard heart. He's still kind and he's not really fazed by the scars that left him half blind, and the caramel colored eye would sort of give him a softer look I think.

Answer: His eye would be a (normal) darkish brown at first sight. But looking closer, seeing the sun falling on it, it would have a golden glance. It says that through the eyes you can see the soul of the animal - the dark nearly dirty looking brown standing for what cruel things he did see of which most equids don't even belive they really could happen, and the golden glance showing that by all he had to take, his soul never got broken and he still has hope in one day living a better live.
