Your Name: BlackJack
Horses Name: Abraxas
Height: 17h
Gender: Stallion
Story Abraxas was born into a small herd of DAMs. He has always been rather chaotic and rebellious, and more than once he has brought his herd into trouble with that trait. Where he goes, he often leaves everything turned upside down, and actually he quite enjoys it, he's got a sense of black humor and can be quite a prankster. It became worse when he grew into an adolescent, and at one point he went too far. It was during a great famine, when the little herd was nearly starving, and they were parched. Usually, they used to wander from oasis to oasis, just whenever the grass was staring to become too short to really live from it, they would go and search for another oasis with higher grass. Though, this one certain time they couldn't manage to find another oasis. Whenever they found one, they found dried, dead grass and no water either, the usual rainy period hadn't come, it was a disaster. The only one who didn't really understand how dangerous their situation was, was -of course- Abraxas. He was sure that the rain was going to come sooner or later, and he actually found it amusing watching the other herd members panicking. Suddenly, he raised his head, sniffing. A few moments later he yelled "I smell water!!!" and ran off, as fast as he could, and the herd followed. After a few minutes he stopped, the others looking at him suspensefully. "Wait...no...", he said, "...did I say I smell water? Of course I meant sand, pardonez moi! ...BUT, I found what I was smelling!:-D" and then he rolled on the bottom, laughing. No need to mention that the other herd members were not at all amused, now they weren't only endangered by the famine, but they had also used up their last bit of energy running after him. Abraxas' father, the lead stallion, looked at him with an "I'm so going to kill you until you die to death" expression on his face, his mother looked pretty embarassed, and the only one having a good laugh was Abraxas himself. He didn't realize that he had probably just sealed their fate. They were lucky, in the evening the clouds finally came, bringing the rain that they had been waiting for so desperately. The next morning, the desert was spread with flowers and grass, it was such a beautiful view. The only one who was somewhat anoyed was Abraxas. "If something like this happens again - and I mean EVER happens again - you will be kicked out of this herd immediately. Be warned.", his father had told him. "We'll see...", he thought, rolling his eyes, and trotted after the other herd members, already planning on the next prank.
