[Lady Masquerade]

Rolo. A simple and short name that has been in my mind for a long time. It seems to fit his light colors and deep eyes. I see that most people have picked names that deal with blue things, things under water, or turtles..? Yeah, I can see a small turtle connection in his fur, but I dont want my love to him to be based on turtles. Rolo just seems to fit him in my mind. Short and to the point.

Rolo is a male. Others may see him as a female, but for me he is a male. He just has that male look, and when I think of him as a human or in anthro version, I can't picture him with a dress and long flowing hair. xD So for me he is a male, the big ''brother'' of my two JellyBean Dragons, Pluie and Depre.
Yup! I'm the oldest and the toughest, it's my job to protect my sisters.

Smart & Protective

To start off, Rolo is a very smart JellyBean Dragon with lots of skills. He is a quick to think and if you are ever in need of a plan, he is the guy to go to. He is always thinking head, checking out every possible outcome in a situation. Being the oldest, he feels the need to be smart. You can have someone who isn't smart watching over younger siblings. That shows your aren't responsible, and Rolo is always wanting to make a good impression. That's why he is also protective. He loves his sisters. Yeah, I'm not afraid of saying it.. Since he loves them so much, he doesn't want anything to ever happen to them unless it's something good. The thought of Depre and Pluie getting wounded or breaking bones is a chilling thought, one that makes Rolo's stomach flip every time he thinks of this. He knows Depre is smart and can take care of herself, but Pluie is a tad childish, so she doesn't think before she acts at times.
Yeah. I'm not letting anything harm my sisters.

Forgiving & Sweet

Rolo often has to deal with Pluie's childish nature and Depre's nagging. Acting like a child isn't bad, and Depre doesn't nag all the time. But sometimes it happens and a fight can break out, and something can get broken. That often causes Rolo to yell or get frustraited because he was supposed to make sure nothing gets broken. Of course, after a while he forgives them and understands that it'll be alright. This is because Rolo is very forgiving, and very sweet. He isn't one to judge or make fun of others, and doesn't play a whole lot of pranks lieither He is very calm, relaxed, and content. He doesn't mind the hyper types, though he'd prefer to not be around those who are reckless.
Yes. A happy JellyBean Dragons makes me happy. A sad one rubs off on me and makes me sad. We can't have that happen.

Curious & Adventurous

Rolo's most noticable personality trait is that he is a very curious guy. He likes to stay focused, but will sometimes drift away into the world of his mind and get lost inside of it, thinking about anything he can. Instead of being abrave and hyper leader, Rolo can be described as a calm follower. One who sits back and observes the world instead of running in and destroying it. Of course, this also leads to Rolo being very adventurous. He loves to explore with his friends and his sisters. Even alone, for being in a quiet area is always nice.
Exploring is just amazing. You should try it sometime if you haven't before. c:

When you first look at Rolo, the first thing that comes to mind is how he looks like a turtle, or one who would spend most of his time underwater. I see that lots of people took that into account, and being me, I like to do things the unique way. So instead of spending time in the water, Rolo's hobby involves land. In fact, Rolo's hobby is exploring, hunting, and capturing bugs.
Yes, bugs. He loves their shapes and sizes, and he adores their wings and colors. Their patterns, their designs, the little buzzing noises they make, he loves it all. When you take his heart for adventure, his mind of curiousity, and his loves for bugs, you get Rolo's favorite hobby. Searching for bugs is fun, and letting them crawl around you is even better. The best part is showing the bugs off to his friends. Rolo often doesn't understand why some dont like bugs, but he wont shove the bugs he finds in their faces. No, he's nicer then that.
Out of them all, Rolo's favorite bug is a bee. He loves their fuzzy bodies, bright colors, and the buzzing sound they make. He also loves how their life words, and likes to eat the honey they make. He doesn't like how they are often misunderstood, and how people are always screaming and spazzing out when they see a bee. To him, bees are cute and enjoyable little animals.
Yeah! Bees are so cute. And bug hunting is the best. I would never harm or kill a bug though. That's immature and mean.

For the longest time, I have wanted a JellyBean Dragon named Rolo. Most have heard me say this on livestreams and join.me's that they host. With already two JellyBean Dragons, I knew I had to sit back and wait a while until I found the perfect guy to fill in the third slot. This guy won my heart as soon as I saw him. I didn't even have to check out the other dragons, I knew that Rolo was the one. His calm and smooth colors instantly attracted me to him and seem to fit well with the Squiddy Smoothy layout. The colors are bright and they dont hurt my eyes, and his design isn't all mixed up and clashy. It's smooth, soft and perfect. I love his dark blue sock markings and the two white stripes on his tail, they really compliment the design. But I must say, the feature that attracts me the most is his eyes. They are a deep purple or indigo, which happen to be two of my three favorite colors.

If I get Rolo, there are many things I will do out of the excitement of getting him, and the love of always having him. First off, I will probably put him in my character thread. As of now I'm in the process of putting together a big brand new thread just for my JellyBean Dragons, since my old one isn't very nice. It will probably be on the website for the JBD's, though if people want I can also put it up here. The thread will include all the information he had now including more detailed information like all his dislikes and likes, his favorite foods, music, etc. That way people can really figure him out and know what he's like.
Then I will put him up on the JBD website so he can chat with everyone. It's always exciting hearing what your JellyBean Dragon has to say, and I know all the other dragons will want to meet him aswell. Not to mention I will be putting him up in most roleplays. I love roleplaying out your JellyBean Dragon's personality, it's like being inside their mind and thinking how they think. With all the cool and exciting plots, I know I'll have a good time roleplaying him.
Last but not least, I will be ordering lots of art of Rolo. I like to make sure all my characters and whatnot have at least three pieces of art to bring out their personalities and special qualities. That doesn't mean that I wont get art of them once they get three. Oh no. With such wonderful JBD artists and such an active fanclub, I will be ordering lots of art of Rolo.
I promise that I will always love and take care of Rolo. I will polish him every day with love so he never collects dust.

Come on guys!, Lets go swimming at the beach!, tide said. Huh, Tide?, again? we already swam yesterday! said one of his friends. Well.. Lets go again! but this time deeper!, Tide smiled. Okay Tide, lets go said both of tide's friends. Yaaay! squealed Tide "lets go!". So the three of them got onto their swimming suits, Tides blue fish swimming suit, and their friends orange and yellow paw and smiles swimming suit. They jumped into the cool water and swam with Tide. "Hey!, Guys! lets go diving?" asked Tide. Uhh sure..? both of tides friends replied! Yay!. They went deeper and deeper into the water. Tide suddenly yelled "LOOK GUYS, SOMETHING IS SHINING!", Huh? both of his friends thought. Lets go get it!.

They swam deeper and deeper. Until they reached the shining thing! Oh my gosh!!! TREASURE, everyone shouted. They all grabbed the closed treasure chest which had shining golden trim and brought it back to shore. They opened it, It's a treasure map!, and lots of jewels!. This is amazing they all thought to themselves. Lets bring in to our parents!

Zoom. The arrow whizzes away from my bow and toward my target,landing smack in the middle. I grin in triumph, having defeated the record for "Most Bulls-eyes shot in a minute". The JBD beside me frowns, eyes wide and mouth agape. The light breeze ruffles my magnificent azure pelt, and I sashay to the target to retrieve my ammunition, smirking as I go. I knew I was great at many things, and this was another achievement to add to the list. The sound of applause fills my ears, and that only makes me more prideful. "Thank you, thank you!" Showing my gratitude, I wave and even blow kisses whilst trekking back to my lavish home. A teal dragoness rests inside, craning her neck to see who came inside. "Drake!" She leaps off of the couch and into my arms."How did it go?" she asks, eyes aglow with eagerness. Ah, my forever curious littermate, so much like her. I sigh, and pretend to be crestfallen, flicking away an imaginary tear. "Neve, dear..It.." My sentence ends abruptly, as I was holding back bursts of laughter. "Wait, what? You lost?" The tone of her voice clearly indicates she thought I was telling the truth, but the moment she saw my expression, the playful sheen of her lavender eyes return, and she springs onto my back, giggling. "You silly! You WERE the winner, weren't you?" My overexcitable companion ruffles my pelt before sliding off again. Soon I'm grinning from ear to ear and nodding vigorously. "Yes! I won! I did it, I did it!" We hop around, bouncing more than a hyper rabbit on sugar. This goes on for a while, the two of us eventually fall to the carpet, panting. "I knew you could do it. You're my brother after all!" Neve says between breaths and I nod."Thank you."

Well, I felt the need to say that if I win Drake, then I will let Meliana have him. She's away at camp, and I know how badly she wants a JBD, and I think Drake may be the one. She's my best friend, and I belive it's the least I could do for all the amazing things she's done for me.He'd go to a loving home, where he could be himself. And in my opinion, Mel and Drake would get along famously. Drake could also be the older brother of my Neve. When I first saw him, I could see a resemblance between the two. What I would actually do with Turtle if I won him:

Well, firstly he would have my whole signature to himself, and he would have this own character thread, where he would have a massive page all about him ;P. I would order (and create myself) loads of art of him. he would be in every JBD roleplay that I can find and I would write hundereds of stories of him. I will try my absolute best to get him a loving mate (but he'll probably have many girlfriends before that!), and see if he has any little jellies scuttling around him after a few years! whenever his birthday comes up, I will have a big party (and I mean an actual party!) for him and his friends! I'd boast about him all over the JBD fanclub, and get him to have a weekly diary! And guess what, I'll actually make a sculpture of him! I don't have any sculpting clay at the moment, but when I find some of that, and a few tools, I will make a sculpture of Turtle ;3. I will do much more then just those certian things, but sadly my brain isn't working very good this week so I can't think of any more stuff to write down. ;P

Penyu is the fun, silly one that everyone goes to to have a good time! Hes never sad or angry, and keeps the party going. Penyu isnt always partying though, he can be affecionate to those in need, to those having a hard time or just need a friend to talk to. Penyu is the most reliable dragon out there, you tell him a secret, you know it wont be spread. You tell him you need him to be somewhere hell be punctual. There isnt anything youll ask him to do that he wont do for you, but every dragon knows not to take advantage of him. As you know, he loves to have fun.. But what you dont know, hes the life of the party! He so spontaneous that he can come up with the most fun games and can create any sort of activity instantly!
