Name:
Fafnir
[Myth name (a dragon)]
Gender:
Male
Personality:
Fafnir is a shy, and reclusive dragon. He prefers taking a long walk past the babbling brook or sitting under the stars, counting constellations, to running rampant through the bustling streets. He is an expert on all things that live near, or under the water - waterbirds, fish, amphibians, and even some mammals. You see, the water intrigues him with it's ordinary looks, but how much every living thing needs it to survive. He keeps a collection of shells that he finds along the shore; and of course, knows which animal each belonged to. Once you get past this outer shell, you'll truly see a remarkable dragon - he loves to talk about his adventures along the water, and of how extraordinary each marine animal is. If you can get him to, he will sometimes even crack a small joke or two.
Story:
In the late evening breeze, a large figure in the distance still splashed about the waves of the ocean under the starlight. It's azure coat shimmered like the stuff of fairy tales as the moon's rays warmed his thick, luxurious coat. If you had gotten closer, you would have seen a soft smile on his face - and if you had known him, you would have known how rare a sight it was.
Below it, fish played and tickled his soft paws, and nibbled playfully on his tail, and he giggled. The laughter was a sweet, rhythmic melody - only interrupted by the harsh call of a lone seagull. You look once more and the dragon is gone; along with the rumbling waves. You look to the shore, and there he is - alone once again, with his crumbling, woven bag, full of the ocean's treasures, slung across his shoulder. The laughter is gone now, most likely echoing through the galaxy's, but his soft smile remains. And it will remain, as long the stars keep shining, and as long as the waves keep thundering past ancient rocks, his smile will live on.
Art:

I do wish I had more art of him - I just didn't have the time from when I found him, to my free time.
Other:
Fafnir has problems with his fur - it has been mistaken for a leopard a couple times in his life, which make people nervous around him. He would never hurt anyone, and when this happens, would usually just run and hide under a table in embarrassment [unaware that his size was preventing the table from even touching the ground].
