Don't run: the clock ticks the time away.
Go to where the triangle rests, she waits for you arrival (there's a triangle next to camp; start at camp?)

Now then move towards the west for your first location. Then take a left turn, continue until you hit your mark. Upon reaching your destination right turn and finally, take another right turn. Continue in this direction (west of camp = lake; hit your mark could mean the red key)

The stars twinkle in unnatural colors (the dots of color next to the symbols above the red key)
Look through the key and they may become more clear (key = red key?)
If your heart strikes true follow the symbols and you will be able to find your next clue (blue plus symbol is by camp; mint Z symbol is by beach; purple X symbol is by lake; green division symbol is by forest)

From here let us change the map.
Rotate it so where you are becomes North. Now head south. And then west.
Return your map to the proper orientation now. (confused by this...buuut if the new "north" is the red key and we move south that's toward the camp and then go west...that leads to the lake)

Once this is done head to the place directly across from your current location.
This is where you will find your home (directly across from the lake is the forest...so I choose forest)
