Chicoon: elyse!Art/Writing: Elyse hummed to himself, pondering this question with a slightly tilted head. He answered slowly, his words enunciated as though he was truly confident in saying them. "Pit," he began, scratching his chin thoughtfully. "Would have to be captured best by the heart nebula. The heart nebula, in fact, hardly looks like a traditional love-heart. It's fascinating, how we sentient species imprint labels and incredible importance onto things, just out of a desire to relate the things around us to ourselves. This extends, naturally, to constellations, which really are just representations of a whole species' desire to personify even the stars. Pit, the god of nothingness, was
nothing... Until the love that we, as chicoons, gave to him, made him real. And the heart nebula, which also would look, to most chicoons, like nothing, is named the
heart nebula by our love for it and our own experiences. By our need to see love in places where there is only an empty black."
He cleared his throat, looking away. A nervous heat rose to his face.
"Wow, sorry. I didn't mean to uh, say that much. Yeah. Pit and the heart nebula."

Observation Tool: disposable camera!
What Do You See?: Elyse is half-blind without his glasses, but recognises a blurry, flashing light that seems to pulse brighter and brighter. He rubs his eyes, supposes that the strange flashing is a trick of the light, and thinks nothing of it.
