Heya! Just wanted to toss this out there for everyone:

My boy, Tobi, has some family who could have survived the war/separation. As such, people could, if they wanted, make their fox a parent/sibling of my boy. Here are the potential family members:

Tobi's mom: A vixen who has had two litters, first a litter of three [one female and two males including Tobi]. Second a litter of one [Tobi's favorite sister]. She is preferably a sweet, gentle fox.

Tobi's older brother: Second born of Tobi's litter. No personality preferences.

Tobi's little sister: Only kit in Tobi's mother's second litter. Tobi nicknamed her "Kit" but that is not her name. Her name is whatever you want it to be. She is preferably very attached to her brother and her separation story might or might not include a flash flood. Read Tobi's separation story if you want to know more.

Note 1: I'm not asking for a made up fox that you would rp, I'm just making connections between my event fox and anybody else who would like to connect their fox with mine. This is only a tentative connection until all stages have been completed for your fox, though.

Note 2: This does not mean that they will ever meet. We could discuss that possibility when you request to be connected to Tobi.

I see that many impatiently posted horseshoe toss forms have been made while I've been off.
I have been working my rump off for the past few days with gardening, putting together bed frames (and feeling like I've been beaten up from said heavy wooden boards/pieces falling onto my feet), and trying to learn Fair Isle knitting while trying to get 10 other projects finish. This does not included all the litters and things I've been trying to get on cs.

I know I am behind on updating the totals and such, and if needed I can extend the event for another two days (Remember, This event is lasting til August). BUT if the front page has not been updated yet, do not post a horseshoe toss form until the front page is updated to the current day. Because me waddling through page after page of horseshoe tosses for days that haven't been on the front page yet only makes it harder for me to update anything.

So that being said we will have a new rule-

If someone posts a horseshoe toss form before the front page is updated to the current day, the person will not get any gems.

(Example: Front page says day 8, but it's day 9 so you post a form anyways before it's up to date.)
That is for that entire day, even if the front is re-posted after I update everything. Think of it as a 1 day temp ban to the horseshoe toss. If someone disobeys this rule 3 times or more, they will be given a strike. If they continue after that, they are banned from the event. Staff members have to follow these rules as well.

People who post forms with the wrong day (example a day 4 form when the front page says day 5 or 6), they will not get any gems as well.

Do you mean a pet, or a NPC buddy for the stories? Slight confusion but pets can only be obtained through the store/events.

Erm, Snowstar, Is it alright if I start on the trial stages even though naturalharmony hasn't uncovered my Fox? Or will the dates be suspended for the people with covered foxes?

Yes do go ahead and start the trials, though wait on the art since you don't know what the DVF looks like. Unfortunately the last I checked, naturalharmony has not come back online yet. If the DVF are not uncovered by the end date - if the written part of the trials are completed I will let you pick out a different [unclaimed] event DVF to own.

I figured searching somewhere related to DVFs was a good start, took forever to find though haha!~

The gem has already been found, however since you found it before I could re-locate it, you can still keep your rewards of 1 custom DVF (i'll send a pm with some details soon)! However because the gem has already been found twice, it will not be seen again for the rest of the event.

*dodges newspaper* Poor Snowstar... That is the one problem with the event: you, our leader, get bogged down with so much of the stuff, not including all the stuff in real life. :-/ Blah, its not as much fun for the hostess of the event. I hope things calm down eventually.
