hi! I've looked this keldine over for approval and there are a few things that need adjustment:

-the fewer scales on the tail require an uncommon fewer scales trait or the tail length extended a little to have the default number of scales.
-the pupil shape change requires an uncommon eye edit or they both need to be the regular slit of the default shape.

traits can be purchased in the shop to make this keldine legal, or you can adjust the reference as needed. approval can be granted after a secondary review once changes have been made. if you have any questions feel free to reach out!
