explanation -
Althea has always been a party girl at heart and is widely known for her rambunctious & loud nature. However, against all odds, when she’s alone, she’s drawn to the soft melodies of an acoustic guitar. The raw lyrics expose her most vulnerable parts like fresh rainfall uncovering the under-earth. It brings memories of the calloused fingertips that guided her childhood through the rise and falls of its composition.

Her younger years were filled with serenades from her very own siren. Dozens of early mornings were spent sat on the narrow staircase of her childhood home with open ears for the enchanting bliss that was her mother's voice, entirely unaware of any imposing listeners. In her darkest moments, her euphonies were Althea's sanctuary. Her favourite was a mellow tune, filled with hums and dips that felt like the familiar motherly brush of nimble fingers tucking astray hairs behind growing ears. Despite her lack of awareness, Althea had always felt this song was for her. The warmest of honey, an eternal promise to adore her to 'la lune' and back.

Cecily's always been the kind of kal who would hide how she truly felt about people, so Sally's Song is a perfect fit as an inner monologue for how she felt about a certain kal. She's very reserved, and often keeps to herself even if she longs to be with others.

Madoka has a habit of being a bit jealous and overbearing when it comes to romantic relationships. It's gotten to the point where she's demolished relationships because of it. She keeps trying to fix this problem and she's begging for people to understand, but it keeps running through her like it's a game that no one can keep up with. She will disappear and feed on her feelings of insecurities until it becomes unbearable and then she breaks down and feels like she's all alone. It's a lot of hard work. She knows she's messed up and behaving in a toxic way, she is actively trying to change her ways, but it's become such a huge part of her that she can't do it alone.

She loves living by the shoreside and looking out from her widows perch like a lonely ghost. She originally lived in the city, though, so she's still majorly a city girl by heart and will travel great lengths to get to a mall.

elvira: Elvira is Madoka's coworker and they get along really well, sometimes hanging out outside of work together to catch up on real life chatter.
michael: Michael is Madoka's adopted brother. They grew up together and he is where Madoka got some of her style from as kids. They are inseparable and the greatest of friends.
raven: Raven is one of Madoka's other best friends (although not held in the same regard as Sound) that hangs out with Madoka and Sound every once in a while. She also used to work with Madoka before she started her own reiki therapy business.

winner! this form REALLY gave me flashbacks to early adoptables like this design was inspired by, and I like the idea of a flawed character trying to better themselves! the throwbacks really did me in though honestly (gosh wasn't oekaki such a different place not even a couple years ago??)
