Akhira, an Indian/Hindu name meaning "white lily"
[ 637 words total ]
Akhira reigns from the Eafiagar realm living in the Ronek faction. Eafiagar is a dynamic world. It consists of a vast landscape with huge mountains, many of them with waterfalls that flow down and meet in a giant river that flows gently. Light from the orange sun peeks over the mountains and warms you, but soon enough the air becomes uncomfortably humid and hot, causing you to burst out in sweat immediately. Strong vibrations can be felt under your feet and through the air from the strangest, and potentially largest creatures imageable. Traces of all types can be found scattered throughout the dirt- enormous hoof prints, small scaly footprints, and what you think might be slithering creatures of some sort. Some creatures are hostile, though some seem friendly enough to not eat you alive. While the creatures seem curious and amicable, now would be the time to be very cautious.
It is the same way with the Eafiagar factions- each group are different in their presentation, morals and traditions. Ronek believe strength is everything. Their society has been taught the ways of might and usability. When most people think of the Ronek faction, they imagine hulking beasts, bloodied fangs, curving claws, and stampeding hooves. Brute force and ferocious attacks are hallmarks of Ronek military, but they aren't the only methods in the Ronek playbook. There are others amongst the ranks which are more patient, more passive, yet just as deadly. There are those who dwell in the darker corners of the Eafigar mountains, living a genrally peaceful life until a traveller unwise enough finds themselves in this place. They would not be met with brutish weapons or the threat of being torn to shreds and string up for all to see. Rather, if a wrong step was taken, the traveller would find themselves helpless to the hypnosis of Akhira and her snake-tail Kazth.
Although traditionally boisterous, the Ronek seem to maintain a matriarchal society. Within the faction the king and queen reign supreme. Their word is law and their will is the will of all those inhabiting the mountains. Akhira is the recently ascended heir of the Ronek. She is one of the new generation, but already her bright hues and captivating feathery wings indicate the extreme potency of her power. She is one of the deadliest Goobs to exist on Eafiagar, and even the most battle-hardened veterans of the Ronek treat her with wary courtesy. A single strike from the striking Kazth can and will immediately put the largest foe on the ground, making them wriggle in unimaginable pain. Sometime snot enough to kill, other times, a deteriorated body is the only evidence that anything even occurred.
Despite her lethality, Akhira is the protagonist in the Ronek society. Thoughtful and idealistic, she strives to have a positive impact on others within the faction and even the world around her. Rarely shying away from an opportunity to do the right thing, Akhira is a natural born leader, and rightfully so, being the heir to the Ronek throne. Her passion and charisma rub off on others too, which is potentially harming to the Ronek reputation. She has been suppressed by her parents in the past- "don't be so forgiving", "don't make friends", "trust no one". Although her best friend, Kazth agrees with her parents and wishes she would do as they say. He is like the little devil on her shoulder, or the difference between your life being spared or your lifeless body. However, Akhira is extremely vocal about her opinions and values. When something strikes her as unjust or wrong, she will speak up without hesitation. Unlike her parents and Kazth, she rarely comes across as brash or pushy, as she is able to speak in a way that resonates with others with specific sensitivity and insight.
