Explanation: The tail ends similarly to the hair which reminded me of rose petals. When I combined the ink theme + clouds + rose idea in the shine, it turned into something that almost looks like a blood moon where an ink-dripping rose replaces the moon :0

Explanation: A keeper of time, they peer through temporal storms to glimpse the past and the future. The frozen hourglass between the clouds shine links to their gift of vision. The glass beads on their tail help to concentrate their ability, and can temporarily capture the visions for them.

Explanation: (I wish to clarify that this isn't two tails! The tail is red and shaped as a "Y"; the long fur grows from it.) Damaged, scorned. The shine that adorned it, like a spilled galaxy, is only evident by a sad sliver; it resembles the tear-stains on his face. [49]

Explanation: I liked the hair and thought a short hair tail would be cool and complementary to it's edgy design.
I also thought this kalon is laid back and strategic, so I chose a chess piece as its shine.

Explanation: I imagine this kalon would messily cut and layer their tail to look cool and match their hair/ fur, so I went with a layered design. I made the shine with lightning becoming ink drippings because the markings and edits remind me of lightning striking and ink drips.

There's just something about the way you managed to keep the choppy-hair theme but also make it look so elegant that's very pleasing! I feel like the shine you chose also reflects this; flowers are very delicate, which contrasts the harshness of the rest of the design. Congrats on winning Fuilla!
