Most breedings are planed through the species discord or through pms. Maybe once the fan club is more active, they will be easier to find there.

Breeding are free. You post a ticket (found on the front page) when an artist says they are opening a slot. Each slot takes one ticket.

For some breeding, there are items from past events that you can use on them if you have them.
