Once upon a time, when there was nothing nowhere, and the world was empty, there was one soul. Just one. His name was Sun. And he was lonely, so he split in two, not noticing that it was uneven. From him came a woman. And she was his other half; his better half. She was Moon.

As time went on, and the world started changing, the soul and his better half became lonely, so they came together, and split once more; and from them came a little soul. This little soul was Star.

So they were happy once again, but little souls most times turn into big souls, though it was a naughty thing to do. His name was now Earth. Now a big soul he went out, and made humans. He made them to be just like him, and his Mama and Papa; with a better half.

He was sad though, because he didn't have a better half. He asked his Papa what to do, and his Papa said: You must give most of yourself to have her.

And so, he did. Her name was Venus. But then, he made some bad choices, and his other half slipped away. So he chased her, and chased her, until he could chase no more.

And that is why, sometimes it takes so long to find your better half, because that little soul now a big soul is sad, knowing his got away.

Short story [100-1000 words]:When there was nothing in the world, when everything was being created, god decided to create one thing to assist the stars. He created midnight. One day, something wasn’t right. Everything seemed out of place. She checked everything to make sure nothing was wrong. All the stars were in place, the orbit was going well and flowing nicely, and Orion had his belt on. There was only one thing wrong, Earth. Everyone on the planet were telling lies, and disobeying the rules of the universe. Of course, this was midnights job to keep everything in check, and even more, she could’ve been fired. She did her best to fix everything, but when one thing ended, another thing started. “Ugh what year is Earth in?!” She asked herself. She checked the vitals, and saw that the year was 2018, and people were eating tide pods, dancing on highways, and doing idiotic things. “Uhh god? We miiight need another flooding”
Extras: she was made to be God’s right hand man, hence why she looks so perfect and he created the universe to look like her I’m sorry if you didn’t like the story, I tried making it funny
