haiku;
salt-woven clouds foam
crinkling in fresh ocean air
crashing, living, gone.
extra?; foam flutters over the sands, winged sprites of salt hopping over glinting particles, disappearing into the blue above; the blue they were birthed unto curls, flattens into perfect forms and sets them free again. heavenly blankets of sapphire sift over rough-beaten swathes, sinking within and whispering secrets of the gods, retreating into the pulls of the deep with the ticking flow of the universe. soft thunders roar within aqua-spun cages, dragons of currents and clutches of the earth thrashing, beating, reeling beneath the twinkling magic of the surface. peaceful, perpetual, persistent, perfect.
she sits, and she watches the ocean's magic.

haiku;
fleeting memories,
beauty in violet hues,
parting of petals.
extra?;
the chirping of crickets gave way to the buzzing of bees. from the meadow, the trees appeared ethereal, as though their leaves had been dipped into gold. her sister ran ahead of her, laughing. they were happy.
leta smiled bitterly at the distant memory. where was her happiness now? to her, they had always seemed ugly, but looking at them again reminded her of cahya. leta ripped a sprig from the ground, twirling it between her fingers, and watching as the wind parted through its petals. maybe she could find happiness again.

The cliff is calling
I have to refuse the voice
To start my new life
She used to have wings that would take her into the clouds. But her habit of falling off cliffs to feel the rush of life was the demise of her wings. Her last flight was a cliff dive where in order to save herself from the sharp rocks that lay in the sea she had to sacrifice her wings for her own life. There isn't a day that goes by where she doesn't miss the wind and clouds surrounding her. She now has to live with her consequence for the rest of her life, haunted by her risk gone wrong. (100/100)

haiku; Wind, warm on my face
Your touch is passionate, dear
I fell for a breeze
extra; "Imagine your life as a box; what would be inside?
My box? Crisp leaves line the bottom, toffees scattered throughout. Ballerina shoes, my favourite toy I lost. A jar of tears, green glitter. Fairy lights, bandaids with a penguin print. Stickers; stars, dolphins, dogs. Things you'd least expect; a photo of that stranger who never left my mind. Glasses? I never had glasses... But I wanted them. A music box? I don't remember.
Is your box full? Empty? Don't be disheartened... Experience life until your box is bursting at the seams. Fill it with first loves and broken hearts. Live".
