Chip was always told of the superstitions that black cats were bad luck. One day, when he was feeling particularly down, he found "Millie" left at the outskirts of a park. He searched around for awhile, trying to find the owner and grew attached to the small dirty toy. When he couldn't find its owner, he continued to carry it around; and still does to this day!

sofie's favorite toy is her giant stuffed duck toy. she will spend most of her time snuggling with it or carrying it around with her all the time. you will not see her without it, she's pretty attached to it. when she sleeps, she lays her head on the thing and goes right off to sleep. she's had the thing since she was a puppy; when she was smaller, she was scared of storms, and snuggling with her duck really helped.

there was a time in which she lost her prized toy; she hardly slept, was pretty grouchy, and altogether wasn't a happy camper. but once she found her duck toy (named gerald), she was as happy as could be <3
