Rumen loves ajika (georgian cuisine) and she has been making home-made ajika since her grandma teached her how to do it.
She grows 2 or 3 red pepper plants in her little garden. She can pull a pepper anytime and put it on an omelet, or have one with a lunch or a dinner. She also dries peppers in a closet and then grind them in a blender to have her own powdered pepper spice. But her favourite use is still good ol' home-made ajika dip which tastes good with the meat, spaghetti, potatoes, pizza and literally ANYTHING ELSE.
