I've had a bad day...what do you say to me or do for me to make me feel better?:; usually i would say go watch psych <3 because it always makes me laugh even when im extremely depressed but netflix took it away so instead i will tell you to draw your feelings out you will feel better or even cry i know it sounds childish but when im sad sometimes i just need a good cry and then i feel so much better.and if you have friends go talk to them friends are supposed to make you happy

Think of everything you love. All the people, the tv shows, the books, the songs, everything. The universe is estimated to be around 13.8 billion years old, and you are lucky enough to be alive at the same as those things you love. So, instead of focusing on the bad things, think about how lucky you are to be alive here and now, rather than any other time or place.

Yes, I know it's probably the worst song on this thread and that there are tons that are better or have a deeper meaning. But this song means a lot to me, and always makes me smile. (Sometimes, when I am feeling upset, I like to blast this song on full volume, and sing along (really loudly) while playing Pokémon Go! Gotta Catch 'Em All!)

i'd help you bring back your spirit, attempt to make you laugh, cheer you up, and listen to some calming
music. this, this, or this is definitely what i'd play. it adds a small sense of whimsy, and should have you
relax quickly. it's easy to have as background music, no intense moments, just a small tune to bob your
head to, maybe it'll add a little nostalgia, which'll make you smile just a little. who knows, but i know
