The sweltering midday sun beats down on me; a stark contrast to the pleasantly icy water splashing onto my chest and stomach. With a large gentle hand I sponge down the steel red beast, following its curves and silver accents. Beads of sweat roll down my neck and back, my muscles shifting smoothly under oily tan skin as I rub along it's side. I pause to run the back of my hand across my forehead momentarily, swiping my drenched hair to the side.

Let me tell ya, I'd never swap moments like these for a glass of water and the AC cranked high. The sun is what keeps me alive, and ain't no heat gonna keep me from what I love.

Writing: It's high noon...(totally not an overwatch nerd. >->) Jesse enjoys high noon so much because he loves the way the rays from the sun feel when they're at their peek, he likes to watch the cattle gallop by and have himself an ice cold sweet tea or maybe even take a ride on his beloved horse. Jesse's day is always filled with work so even if he is to go out for a nice little ride during the peek of day he is always on the look out for trouble. This can be in the form of some cattle straying to far, or getting stuck somewhere to just fixing up a busted fence post.
Jesse has always appreciated how clear blue the sky seems to be while watching thin little wispy clouds float by and hearing little birds chirping as they bathe in the bird bath to cool off during this time of day, there is just something so very calming about it. This is the one time of day when he is the least on edge. He will still work if work needs to be done but it's the one time he really just stops completely to take a breather.

Buck loves evening the most, nothing beats sitting on the fence after a long hard day and admiring your work with a glass of lemonade. He's always been talented at herding and loves doing it, he hopes to preform at the rodeo sometime which also starts in the evening where he lives. Dinner comes around that time, nothing beats a fresh chuck of salmon on the BBQ while the turkeys sing in the background. It feels like everything gets paid off when the sun starts to set, he has a chance to do even better the next day. Best of all is sunset, watching the mix of red and orange flush the skyline and light up the farm for miles. Some days he swears the field could be on fire just lookin out there...

Lol, I worked on a farm for four days by myself and evening was my favorite time. All the animals were fed, I could relax and feed myself for once! Oh, and turkeys sing so nicely, geese suck though!

Writing: (200 words maximum) Right about three in the afternoon his his peak time of day. The time when swimming is the most logical, and after his runs through the ranch. He works at a petting zoo/ranch, where he gives rides to small children and toddlers. He's one of the few kalons he knows of to have regular human contact. But 3 PM is the perfect time for him to take his break and swim in the river at the back of his property, giving him a great time to be alone and commune with nature and the woods.

You can enjoy a hearty dinner while your horse takes a breather after riding around all day.
