My earliest memory is when I shoved my brother out of the nest and my mom got REALLY mad at me... luckily he was okay, but he could have been badly injured.

Hiking with my boyfriend up Table Mountain- the view was spectacular, as was his smile.

Probably when my teacher showed my work as an example of what not to do. Three weeks in a row.

When I got into art school. So many people said that being an artist wasn't a "real career." Sure, it's not boring, and it's hard to make a lot of money out of, but it's definitely real! Follow your dreams- Jesus, I sound like a Disney princess!

I found a baby bird nest once when I was hiking the Catskills. They were just learning to fly, and tried to mimic me. Long story short, I flew the highest I had ever flown into the sky, with them on my back.

One day I had to eat scraps out of a trash can. That was a low point.

People's reactions to my awful jokes- face slaps, giggles, a straight face- cracks me up every time! Here's one: What do you call it when you can kinda speak Espanol? Span-ish. Get it? Ish, meaning kinda? You're not laughing....

Most parrapups grow out of their childhood
phases. Most do. Alastair is one exception.
His parents treated him like a prince, so he
grew up thinking he was a prince. Despite
many telling him likewise, he desperately
holds onto the thought that he is indeed
a prince. His vocabulary includes words like
"thy", "fickle", and "hue", and while others
think it's quite unusual and even annoying,
he thinks it shows intelligence and maturity,
though he acts quite the opposite. Though he
looks like an adult, he still has the mind of a
child. Building forts to defeating imaginary
soldiers, Alastair always enjoys imagining
he's something he's not. Despite being
childish and a dreamer, Alastair is quite
the gentlemen. He wishes to find his own
princess, but very has enough nerve to ask.
He will always use his manners and let
ladies go first. Alastair is very sweet and
caring, even if he is practically a big child.

About me
Hello~ I'm GallopingHowl, but you may
call me Gallop for short. I currently own
no Parrapups, but have tried out for a few
of them. I felt extremely inspired by this
parapup, since that blue is my favorite color
and the brown faint patterns are quite
satisfying. I'm a fan of natural bases with
light blues, and hair is always a huge plus
for me, so I had to tryout. Though I may
not be the best artist or rich enough to
afford lots of excellent art, I always try
my best for each adopt. When I first
saw this Parrapup, it reminded me of
the first song, Don't Wait. In the song,
which happens to also be his one and
only coming out song, it explains how
it's ok to be different and to accept
who you are because no one says you
can't. Even if my writing may be short,
there is more writing in between the
lines, since the writing has a deeper
meaning. The coding is all done by me,
as well as all the art besides the first
one on the right.

Voice of a Queen
Though his first memory was not complete, Alastair remembers his mother's
smooth, gentle voice whispering to him as a baby. Though his father was not
apart of his life, nor did he meet the parrapup, his mother assured him that
he would come back. "Kings always return to kings, but please don't wait for
the world and miss out on your life. Take your throne and go far. Who
says you can't explore?"

A dragon, an egg, and a mother
Alastair's first full memory was rather crystal clear, it was when his mother gave
him his first toy. Alastair was very young and barely knew how to talk, but he
was already running around and knowing on everything. His mother, who
adored yet was stressed out by her energetic parrapup, decided it was best to
get him toys. Her first choice was a small, crystal blue dragon stuffie with
brown eyes and white scaly wings. Alastair had gone crazy over the new toy and
forgot about the others he received, making him and his dragon inseparable.
Though Alastair did have the tendency to devour or chew on everything he got,
when he received the stuffie he did not eat nor chomp on the toy. He instead
cuddled up with it and fell fast asleep. Because of his age, he couldn't talk yet
to say dragon, so he simply called the toy "Draco". For a period of time, Alastair
thought he was a dragon and would make velociraptor noises, but he grew out of
this stage when his mother refused to

King of the Kids
Alastair was barely 4 years old when he had this lucid memory. He was
sitting with the other pups, playing games and making silly, yet immature
jokes. Though Alastair was one of the youngest in the group, he was very
friendly and adorable, making him very popular and favorable among the
group. He held himself an election with the tiny knowledge he had about
elections and voted himself king. Though his fluffy crown covered most of
the crown, he showed off his tiny, silver crown his mother had given to him.
His mother had always nicknamed him "Little Prince", so he thought it was his
time to reign as leader and take his crown.

Fit for a King
Though Alastair was only a child, he was obsessed with his little crown. He was
bullied frequently and picked on for having the accessory, and he struggled to
pull through. "It's fit for a king", his mother said, boosting his confidence. Alastair
relized that it didn't matter how people viewed him, it mattered how he felt.
Instead of letting comments get to him, he learned to be himself and show off his
crown.

Battle of the Kingdoms
Alastair was a teenager when this took place. This memory was scarred into his
brain, and this scar will never heal. The looks on their faces sketched into his
heart and their laughs burned into his soul. They took a swing with their wing,
giving him a mouthful feathers and a black eye. They kept coming. The reason
was unclear, though they just kept laughing and pointing. Blood ran down his
cheek and the crimson liquid dripped onto the pavement. His crown tumbled
down to the ground with a high pitched clink. One of them had the nerve to
pick up his crown and put it on their head. They all laughed more, their cold
chuckles make him shiver. A king must pick and choose his battles, but battles
just came to him. His first fight of many. It all started with that one clink of a
crown. He looked up straight into their cold eyes. His icy blue eyes penetrated
right into their careless gazes. His brown, spiky hair fell limply over the center
of his face, for once not hiding his eyes. He swung back at them, knocking one
over and hearing a surprised gasp. A king must pick and choose their battles.
"Even if you were the crown, you are no princess." He said, grabbing his crown
back and turning sharply. His blackening vision didn't stop him from marching
right back home, leaving their bewildered faces behind.
