Monday. Oh, dear. Monday. One day she’s happy, prancing about with an excited sheen in her eyes, and the next she’s sluggish and lazy, moping about, getting mad at everyone and everything. She has multiple personalities, all different, slightly strange.
Monday is happy, excitable. She’s loud and slightly annoying, hyper and full of energy. She can hardly stand still, instead preferring to leap about and annoy her elders in the pastures. The foals love her on this day, but any tolter a year or two older than her finds her annoying - they can barely stand her.
Tuesday is quiet, calm, so dear and caring, with a lovely personality. With this persona, she’s motherly and ready to help anyone with anything, no matter what. Tuesday’s a breeze of warm air, a quiet glimmer, a ripple in a smooth pond.
Wednesday is the exact opposite of Tuesday - brash, rude, snarky. A pain to be around, as she’ll bully and push others around, making rude and hurtful comments, her ears pinned back and her teeth bared in a constant look of hostility and anger.
Thursday is mute, yet she always finds a way to hold her head high, her eyes gleaming with pride - no one knows what she’s so proud of, though, as she doesn’t seem to remember anything that happens when she’s Thursday. She makes sure people or other tolters are watching before she does something that she knows will be amazing and make others look at her with awe, and compliment her for doing something great.
Friday is an absolute mess. She’s OCD, ADD, and severely clumsy when she’s Friday. She trips over anything and everything, stumbles over her words, and can’t seem to hold a conversation for over a minute or two. Her attention span is absolutely horrible - maybe three seconds at most before she moves onto something else until she finds something that actually engages her. But the worst when she’s Friday is her OCD. Everything has to be exactly where she wants it, when she wants it, no matter what. She constantly rearranges her stall bedding, pushes her water bucket around millimeter by millimeter, and can’t stand it when she sees Charlie’s mess she calls a garden.

There's a reason that Rory's show name fits her so well and it is due singularly to her normal behavior. She is calm and judicial; she rarely takes insults personally and exercises restraint in arguments. When she is confident on a subject she is unshakable in her footing. In this sense it's difficult to convince her that she's wrong on a topic that means a great deal to her, such as a friend's honesty or a human's capacity for kindness. When she believes in something, she believes in it wholeheartedly. Of course, for a mare with as much passion as Rory possesses she can occasionally trip herself up as well; she's insecure around strangers, always unsure around loud and brash stallions. She prefers the company of calm, quiet mares over near on anyone else and it is often only because they don't try and pick a fight with her. Flirting makes her unbelievably uncomfortable as well, when it comes from a stallion.

On a whole she's very kind and compassionate and does her best to be understanding to another's problems. She reminds herself that everybody needs a shoulder to cry on sometimes and strives to be that shoulder whenever possible. As such as she has accumulated a great number of friends, ranging from louder mares than her usual preference to mated stallions who view her only as a companion. She feels safer in numbers and dislikes wholly being left alone. She never does anything quickly or halfheartedly; she gives her whole to tasks, such as learning a new discipline or memorizing a new trail. This makes her a sturdy horse and one good for beginners. She is also polyamorous, and as such she enjoys a sort of relationship when she is involved with two others. These usually make her feel less alone; it seems like she more often has companionship in these relationships than not.

Rory's closest companions are the mare Kiskadee, her scissor-tailed flycatcher Aero, and Kiskadee's mate Aisling. Kiskadee and Aisling have a very sweet relationship that they don't mind sharing overmuch with Rory, and so often she keeps them company as they graze or meander across Clovercliff land. Kisakdee has a bird who is her constant companion named Aero that Rory is also particularly fond of; she loves watching him wheel through the sky, and garners almost as much joy in seeing him as Kiskadee gets. Aisling is sweet and somewhat airheaded and incredibly easy to please and Rory appreciates that neither mare expect more of her than she can give.
