A Q for the FAQ that I'm sure will be put there xD

Can we do it traditionally?
I can't get at a computer that will work with Java (darn you, Mr. Craptop -m-) and it won't let me use SAI or Photoshop or anything like that :c Even if I could find an interface that would let me do it, I don't have a working tablet at the moment. So would it be okay if I design the eggs traditionally and then either post it here with a cover (which I won't be able to do because darn you java) or have/get someone else to color it into here then post it saying that it's mine, OR I could post it in the forums and link it here, somehow?
I would like to participate but my craptop hates me :'c

Also, Can we specify anything?
As in, if I design an egg, and am really excited about it and its future awesomeness, is there anything I can specify? Like little things, nothing major. Maybe I'd want the eyes and pawpads to be the same bright color, or I want it to have longer hair, or I'd definitely want it to be [insertgenderhere], or personality ideas to help the artist create it, etc. Or is it up to the artist's choice entirely?
