This is Belkor, Belkor is a strange creature who's 'hair' can creature small illusions or hallucinations. As you can see in the picture, small fish are around him and coming from his hair. Kelper is also the size of a foal though is fully grown. Due to him being much larger then Kelper, she has a hard time leading him about if he is not being co-operative.
