Why are other Parras scared of them?

Graffiti is apart of a terrifying gang called Defying Madness, and he is second in command.
The gang goes around into fighting other gangs and Placing graffiti onto the city walls. They're what you'd call a rough family, a very rough family that isn't afraid too question/fight anyone or anything they come across.
Defying Madness is a well known Gang within the Parrapup universe that is either feared or respected.

Personality

Graffiti is a rough guy around the edges, not liking anyone to know about what his life was like before the gangs. He uses his bright, colored patterned pelt as an advantage to scar everyone off. Graffiti is a fighter, a strong one at that, and will not stop until the end. The only thing too make him act the opposite is when he is doing what he loves and what he named himself afterwards - Graffiti.
Graffiti is clingy to the ones he holds close, and he does soften up a bit. But Graffiti is more hardened around others in his close relationship, as he thinks they don't deserve to know what has happened to him or what is happening to him.
Right to the core he in protective of any parra that he finds has done good within his life, and he gives those a somewhat saddened kindness.
Graffiti has said that he will do anything for his gang and for the people who are close to him.
