My favorite part of the Pokémon Ruby game was that it features contests. Don't get me wrong, battling gym leader's added to the intensity of the game.. I found it such a pain when I lost and would have to try all over again. But the contests were just a different way that only let me experience Pokémon in a different light. I remember watching Pokémon when I was younger, especially the Sinnoh episodes, watching Dawn with Piplup in competitions. It always made me wonder what Pokémon would be like in real life. The Pokémon Ruby Version gave me a glimpse of what Pokémon in real life would be like. I had such a difficult time at first... I have to admit, I often times entered in the cute contests because of Piplup in the Sinnoh episodes. I used to think that clicking the button 'A' really fast would help me win in the end... Nope, just tired out my thumb haha.

⇛Hello, I am Honorablechickensoup. Please call me soup. My first language is Italian so my english writing may be shaky, so I apologize ahead of time if my writing isn't as fluent. Ruby version was my very first pokemon game so once I saw this Kia, I knew she was the one I had to try for. I've never had an Kiamara before, I have tried once, but other than that I remain a non-owner and I do wish to one day own a Kia.

⇛Fiametta,
In Italian Fiametta means, 'Born of fire' or 'little fire'. I picture Fia to be a fiery type of girl, and I feel that the name fits her very well, also considering that she's based off the volcanic legendary pokemon, Groudon. Of course Fia isn't actually born of fire, she was given the name because of her firey red coat and design.

⇛That one's tough. The entire game had great points in it, it's hard to pick one favorite part. Putting my pokemon into contests was always fun as a mini game, especially when sort of frustrated on some of those gym leaders fainting your team multiple times. I remember one time I was at the pokemon gym in Mossdeep City, and it took me three hours to defeat Lunatone and Solrock, because both our pokemon were neutral against each other it eventually turned out like a match between two metapod using harden. Eventually long after our pokemon ran out of moves and began using 'struggle' the lunatone and solrock fainted...good riddance on that... anyways, one favorite I can tell about was the dive feature of the game. Never before could you swim with pokemon underwater and personally it was the best HM In my own opinion. At one point, swimming through seaweed I did come across a shiny clampearl which made me ecstatic, because I had never owned or seen a shiny pokemon myself before. Sadly to say, my Blazikin (which magically could breathe underwater) Fainted her....so my potential first shiny fainted.
Another thing I loved about the game, is the fact that your character is the son or daughter of a gym leader. Usually in pokemon games, you never seem to hear about or ever see your own father, it's always been your mom sending you away, giving you errands and running shoes. In Ruby, however, it was different, you did get to know about your father, and eventually even battle him one on one.
Also in the games, I love all the chances you get to capture legendarys. One in particular, Latias being able to be obtained using the eon ticket. The regi's were awesome, though I personally only caught two of them in my old game, Registeel and Regiice. My favorite legendary, was after the elite four. Raquaza. Something about that pokemon is just really cool...I cant pinpoint it. The groudon dilemma in the climax of the game was also one of my favorite parts, because thats when Maxie realizes what he did, and the world turns into a never ending summer. The only way to stop it? Capturing....or just fighting the giant magma lizard god, Groudon.
All in all the entire game was my favorite part, this will always be my favorite game next to Sapphire version and Emerald version because all three were my very first pokemon games.

⇛Shy (Adj. [shahy] )

Fia is extremely shy, she is quiet and likes to stay as far away from others as possible. It also helps that she seems to have a, stand-offish air around her. Those she trusts, are those who come to her without fear.

⇛Sarcastic (Adj. [sahr-kas-tik])

Fia has a lot of pent up sarcasm, especially around those she doesn't have a acquaintanceship with. Though, she is sarcastic seemingly to everyone, so naturally its in her persona. You cant strike up a conversation with her without expecting any sarcasm to leak from her mouth.

⇛Hot headed (Adj. [hot-hed-id] )

Fia is extremely hot headed at times and can swear like a sailor when provoked. Angering her isn't that hard, so be careful about what you say to her. If she drops a few pans in the kitchen, or accidentally stubs her toe, run. Like a volcano, she could erupt at any given moment.

⇛Stubborn (Adj. [stuah-bern])

One thing to know about Fia is that she is as stubborn as an ox. Sometimes to most, it's her way or the highway, which is kinda bad and interferes with her trust issues. If she says no, she will stick to the answer. She knows what she wants, and reaches to it, no if, and or but's about it.

⇛Loyal (Adj. [loi-ual])

When it comes down to it, Fia is extremely loyal to her friends. Fia has a few, trust, issues such as her shyness so she has extreme social anxiety. This made it extremely difficult for her to socialize enough to establish relationships. When she magically does make a friend, Fia would go lengths to ensure a long lasting friendship. Her loyalty in a friendship goes far, but not so far as to establish an unhealthy relationship.

⇛Aggressive (Adj. [ug-res-ev])

Fia, when provoked is known to have a bad temper, but get on her nerves so much, then she will attack you. In a fight she is an aggressive fighter, always determined to be the one the throw the last punch. Her aggression can be milked from certain topics, arguments, and stress, but not all the time, but if you hurt her friends of family, she will snap.

⇛Egocentric/Narcissistic (Adj. [ee-goh-sin-trick]/[nar-cis-tick])

Sometimes, Fia can become a little Egocentric, and Narcissist, but mostly to cheer herself up after a bought of social anxiety. She will often chant 'I am awesome' over and over again till people cant stand it anymore, but overall its a way for her to vent healthily. A happy Fia is a happy life.

Hi, My name is Fiametta...most know me as Fia...My friend gave me this journal. I don't really know what to actually write in here...thoughts, feelings?
Life is going well for me, I dont socialize more than I have to, the summer months are killer, which is a bummer but i don't mind staying inside. I'm kind of a web addict....Tumblr, and computer games...plus My anger issues tend to come out a lot in hot weather so its not like it would be that easy to suddenly make friends. I have nothing else really...I guess later journal? maybe...

Today I ventured into the real world, I have to say, big mistake. I was with friends of course. Rapunzel had always been a loyal friend and I want to hang...chill with her. We went with her and her husband out to eat...and of course I embarrassed myself...
A cute guy walked in and bumped into me, we just sorta stood there awkwardly, staring at each other. And after a long long minute, me just standing there stupidly, he says "Oh sorry bro didn't see you there"

and did I correct him? Psh no, I just nodded and grunted...
I'll be surprised if anyone can drag me out of my room ever again.

Punzy managed to actually coax me out of my room, and for once since my embarrassment, I'm glad I did.
We had a nice time, she decided to go with me to get a few things from the mall. Of course my appearance was a bit standoffish... other Kia's looked my way with looks on their face, But Punzy assured me that they were only staring with jealousy of how awesome I am. I mean I couldn't help but agree, I am awesome arn't I?
Punzy bought me a tee shirt with Pikachu...
ahhhhh Pokemon is my childhood...I have to repay her somehow...
Punzy is almost as awesome as me after all...

⇛Entry 4:

Today was just another day...
I went out on my own (Gasp! Shocker!) to a near coffee shop wearing my new teeshirt. Others of course stared at me. But i reassured myself that it was nothing else but because of awesome jealousy.
I went into the mall afterwords, to search for a gift for Rupunzel. Punzy's done so much for me I have to repay her somehow....
I searched all over and found a pretty necklace in a store next to the one where she got my my tee, it had a tiny flame colored false stone....there was one with a real gem stone, but I couldn't afford it...
After spending a fair amount for her gift I stopped at a bakery for lunch (ham and cheese croissants mmmm) and found my way back home without any embarrassment or anyone stopping me! Mission was accomplished. I went to my laptop and y'a know....blogged about it....merp.
oh, My Blog? It's cool....I mostly blog about Gaming and Pokemon related stuff though...
But if I have a good day like this? I would totally blog about it.

Hello I know it's been a while since I've written in here.
But nothing happens really to the life of a gaming blogger.
Its been a while since seeing Punzy and I've been working and hiding in my apartment's living area sorting my collection of old video games. I popped in wind waker to start a new file and the power shut off. My luck, it was storming outside...
I spent the past two hours making an old blanket fort to pass time and adverse myself into my old DS. I want a 3DS but right now I have to wait a bit, and save up from my Job. Which is a good paying job, really....
I work as an assistant manager at a gamestop store...perfect right?
I cant write for long, I'm really tired for once...I really should get more sleep eh?

⇛Entry 6:

It was one of those days...Tiresome some days.
Annoying customers, a lady buying her bratty kid a video game. I couldn't sell the game to him personally being the game was rated 'M' but his mother who was with him was a nasty woman about it.
I'm usually not myself at work, I have to keep to myself. My coworkers put on a smile but I cant. When I try to people seem to run off. I just suck it up, making sure not to burst and throw insults at that horrible woman. I helped the brat and his witch the best I could as they insulted me and bad mouthed me, threatening to call the manager.
like the manager would do anything but tell her the same thing I did...
It was just a really bad day...

So today was a day off for me. I went home and slept for what seemed like days...but it was actually 12 or so hours...I forgot to eat so when I got up I grabbed a snack and set up my laptop as usual. I got an invitation from Punzy to go hang with her, Might as well, she's fun to be around. I'll update my blog and go then ^^, after all what could I lose?

⇛Interests

- Video Games

Video games are Fia's other worlds, a place she truly feels by herself. When shes playing a game, all her stress seems to melt away and she can be herself, which is sometimes throwing a temper tantrum and rage quitting from her frustrations or yelling at the tv set....
Fia has a bit of a temper issue even when trying to relax with video games, but the types of games she plays doesn't truly help either. But all in all she really does enjoy them so much. Especially games like RPGs....actually mostly RPGs. She only plays first-shooter games when shes in a really bad mood. Which surprisingly for her and happily for most, doesn't happen often.

- Internet

When she's not playing video games, she can be easily found on her laptop calmly sipping tea scrolling through non other than tumblr. The stuff she blogs about is mostly gaming stuff, and she answers quite a few asks that random others seem to send her. She also talks to her online friends frequently through a chatzy every day and surfs the web for random, useless to her own life type things. She wants to surf the web on 'how to attract a princess sonic'? Don't even attempt to ask her, more than likely she will either flip out or not know herself. She blames being on tumblr way too much on these random searches, but surprisingly, it really gives her joy to be online.

- Art

Fia likes to draw, she owns a tablet so she can draw online but she isn't...very good at it. Not at all to say the least. But she doesn't really care in the slightest if her drawing of a dog looks like a deformed cat, she mostly draws however, when the power is out or when her laptop battery is dead....and sometimes at work.....she drew a lot in school too.
She doesn't show any of her doodles on her tumblr blog at all if she has too. Not because she cares what people think, but some of these stress relieving drawings are personal to her. She keeps her drawings either in special zipped file on her laptop, or, in her room in a chest under her bed where nobody will see them.

- Coffee

Fia has a caffeine addiction due to her constant late night gaming and blogging tendancys. At first it was just a whole ton of soda, but it escalated to Coffee as she grew older in her teens. Now she has a slight obsession with it to the point of where she needs at least three cups a day to live her life. However this is extremely bad for her and it probably interferes with her stress levels and anxiety issues.. She does research sometimes on how to make coffee everyday exciting. Little internet methods to add something new to her mornings which is 2:00 in the afternoon mostly.. Its become a daily thing and her obsession has not gotten any better.

- Her Cat

Fia owns one cat she's named Carmen. Carmen is really her baby, her kitty is sometimes the only one she can go to at times to talk about some issues she has. Carmen sleeps with her at night and cuddles with her when Fia's on her laptop, but knows when not to get in her master's way. Especially during gaming time. Fia enjoys her company and Carmen enjoys hers and they live in peace together as a happy family of sorts.
