I walked into the adoption center, and headed for the front desk. "Hello, I have an
appointment." I said as I placed my hand on top of the counter.
The receptionist looked up from her paperwork, and smiled. "Name?"
---"Cal, I'm here to interview a Bean for adoption."
She flipped through a few pages on a clipboard, "Ah, yes. This way." Walking out from
behind the counter she turned down a hallway, I followed. We walked past a few doors,
then into a room near the end. As I walked through the doorway, I saw a bench against
one wall and a few toys on the floor. Then I saw a white Bean with black markings laying
the far corner, with her head on her paws. The Bean glanced up at us, then sighed and
turned her head to face the wall. The receptionist smiled gently, "Take as long you
need."She backed up and closed the door softly. I walked over the bench and sat down.
"Hello, there." The Bean just glanced at me before frowning and turning away further. I
sat there quietly, looking at the happy pet pictures along the walls, letting her get used
to me. After a while, she finally looked over at me. "What do you want?" She asked
harshly. "I'd like to take you home with me," I said gently, looking toward her. Her
expression softened for a brief moment, then she shook her head as if to clear it, and
glared at me. "And why would you want to do that?!" Despite her harsh tone, I
remained calm. I had read about her harsh past, and knew she was short-tempered and
reclusive. Unsure of how to answer, I changed the subject. "What's your name?" She
hesitated,as if she was uncertain about telling me. "Rogue," she said a bit gruffly,
glancing up at me. "Really?" I asked. "Yes, really." She looked back at the ground as she
replied. I wasn't sure I believed her, but knew I'd only push her away if I pressed the
matter, so I let it go. "So, what do you like to read?" She seemed surprised at the
question, but answered, a bit irritated. "Dracula." WIP

~Willow- Well, er, alright then. Well, Conner, are you male or female?
Conner- You've asked me this a blue million times, ma'am. Shouldn't you know the answer by now? *sigh* I am male.

~Willow- So, Conner, why do you hate your sessions?
Conner- Well, I go to them every. week. And we always go over the same things: "How are you feeling today?" "Have you been eating enough?" "Are you taking your pills?" I'm tired of it! I am feeling fine, I have been eating enough, and yes, I have been taking my anti-depressant. Will you stop asking me those same questions?
-awkward silence-
Conner- ... I'm sorry I blew up at you, ma'am. I didn't mean to. They just frustrate me.
~Willow- It's um, okay Conner. So, *adjusts glasses* on to our next order of business. Have you been socializing at all?
Conner- Yes. I go to the park everyday. I talk with some other beans every now and again. when they talk to me. I'm not good at starting conversations...
~Willow- That's good, that you're at least getting out. Do you play any instruments or have some sort of hobby to pass the time?
Conner- I play guitar. *smiles a little* I'm not very good at it, though. I mostly just like to strum it. I like the sound.
~Willow- *scribbles something on paper(let's take a peek, shall we?)* Good. I like guitar, too, but I don't play. *continues to scribble Godzilla destroying New York or something* Do you have a favorite food? A drink perhaps?
Conner- I do really like strawberries, and I drink water a lot. But, how do these questions have anything to do with a session with my psychiatrist?

Cher: Oh god, I hate this question. Well, let's see, I'm distant, snarky, and my soul is as frigid as the arctic winds..at least that's what others tell me. *smirks* I have a reputation of being a bit promiscuous and I've been told that I break hearts left and right. Not very many others like me that much, and I can't blame 'em. My parents resent my habit of being a rebellious teen and honestly I won't take crap from anyone. I'm blunt and I'm not afraid to let you know the truth. I do what I want, when I feel like it and I won't let anything hold me back from chasing my dreams. I'm interested in everything, yet committed to nothing. I don't really know what else to tell ya man, I don't even have a solid notion of who I am. I'm still young, I got time to figure all that boring stuff out.


{ ʜᴏᴡ ᴡᴏᴜʟᴅ ʏᴏᴜ ᴅᴇsᴄʀɪʙᴇ ʏᴏᴜʀ ғᴀsʜɪᴏɴ sᴛʏʟᴇ?


Cher: Wow, I'm not even sure. Honestly, my fashion sense is not something others really compliment me on, or care about really. I guess I can make something up for ya real quick though. *scratches her chin* I really like to wear dresses and skirts, the shorter the better. Gotta show off my killer legs somehow, ya know? Also, combat boots are always a must, I never leave the house without a pair. Leather jackets are a girl's best friend and they can really pull an outfit together. My secret is to choose interesting color schemes that are meant to shock and grab attention. You need to be bold and unexpected, not just some ordinary plain Jane! Most say it's too flashy, but I think there's nothing wrong with too much attention. Just make sure you choose palettes that compliment your fur colors, or else you might be lookin' a hot mess. Also, accessorizing is key! I like to deck myself out with a variety of shiny jewelry, gotta make sure all eyes are on me. Oh, and never go out without make-up that really makes your features pop. I like to wear my make-up on the heavier side, with thick eyeliner and dramatic mascara. I have, on occasion, been known to wear body glitter...but we won't get into that right now. *laughs*

Cher: Hell yeah dude! There are few things that capture my interest, but anything I commit to, I am passionate about. You can always find me either bombin' some hills on my longboard or writing my next hit song. Songwriting is actually very therapeutic. Did you know I'm in a band? Yeah, you're basically in the presence of the next world famous drummer. I'm the most badass female drummer out there, ya know? If you want, I could sign that notepad of yours, it'll be worth something in the future. *grins* Music is my passion and drumming lets me express that. Other than that, I also really love traveling and my goal is to tour as much as the world as possible in my lifetime. I think it's just so rad how there are so many different cultures and languages that exist on this planet.

Cher: I listen to all sorts of stuff, my music taste can't really be categorized in just one genre. I will say though, I do have a fondness for 80's metal and punk rock. However, I sure as hell won't pass up listenin' to a good pop song. The only genres that I don't really care for is indie and country. I can't stand song that are too slow though, I need songs I can dance to...or head bang to haha. If a song makes me feel alive, chances are I'll like it. If you were wondering what type of music my band plays, well it varies as well. However, we're mostly what one would define as pop punk. Throw in a few surfer rock tunes and a twist of heavy metal and you've basically got our band. What's my band's name you ask? Well, why don't you wait a few years, I'm sure you'll hear of us by then.

Cher: This is such a tough question...To be honest I'm not sure. I know I want to be a drummer, that's a fact, but other than that, I just don't know. It's like I'm so set on drumming as a career that I haven't really considered anything else. I'm not ever sure if I any good at anything else. But that doesn't matter, because I know I'll realize my dreams one day, and I won't let anything get in the way of that! I don't care if I have to live on the street or give up my family and friends, literally nothing will stop cause, dammit, I'm gonna be performing in stadiums one day! I know it's gonna be tough, but in the end it'll all be worth it. Hopefully things start pickin' up soon, I don't really wanna go to college to be honest. I'd rather spend my time travelin' and doing the thing that I love than be stuck in a lecture hall, wasting 4 years of my life. But we'll see what the future has in store for me, like I said, I'm young, I've got a while to figure all this stuff out. Honestly, the future freaks me out.
