Sima's Name: Corona
Reason for Name: It's part of the scientific name for an anemone, which is a pink flower. I thought it was both fitting and beautiful.
Pronunciation: kuh-roh-nuh
Sima's Age: Corona is around sixteen years of age. She is still a youngster and is still figuring the world out.
Sima's Gender: Female
Voice: Her voice is sweet and soft. She is very easy and calming to listen to.
Sima's Sexuality: This little girl is pansexual and is open to relationships with all genders, though at the moment is far too curious about the world itself to fret about relationships. There's plenty of time for that!
Sima's Birthday: Corona was born on the 12th of November in the year of 1997.
Star Sign: She is a Scorpio, known for their curiosity and love of investigation. Her element is water and planets are Mars and Pluto.
Chinese Zodiac: Corona was born in the year of the Ox. Those born in this year are thought to be talented leaders with a lot of strength and devotion.



Favourite Food: She really loves cake decorations. Really loves them. Especially the little sugar flowers which she makes dozens of as snacks and can paint to look much like the real thing at this point.
Favourite Drink: Now that would have to be a caramel latte. Sophisticated, but also a drink to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Favourite Colour: Pink, of course! But she's also a fan of similar, harmonious colours such as red and purple.
Favourite Passtime: Other than baking and making sugar flowers, Corona is an avid reader, writer and artist.
Favourite Book: That's a hard one. How can one pick their favourite book? She likes a mixture of classic novels such as 'Fahrenheit 451' and 'The Great Gatsby', but also adores modern teen fiction with a bit of a twist! Love triangles are far too cliché.

Favourite Season: Summer. It's warm, full of colour, flowers are in bloom...
Overall Favourite Thing: Watching the sun set on the sea. Really, what is more beautiful than a sunset on a clear summer evening? Watching all of the colours mingle and the sun itself turn from yellow to orange to red, tucked under a blanket of pinks, purples and deep, royal blues.



Least Favourite Food: Probably Marmite. You either love it or you hate it, and this girl's pallet is not a fan.
Least Favourite Drink: As someone with a major sweet tooth, she doesn't understand vegetable juices. Vegetables are best left for savory meals in her opinion.
Least Favourite Colour: Brown. Corona loves bright, bold colours and brown is not one of them.
Least Favourite Passtime: She hates grocery shopping. It's not exciting and supermarkets are so crowded that she finds herself running over every second person's heels!
Least Favourite Book: As mentioned before, anything in which the love triangle is the central plot just seems too overused for her. She doesn't mind reading that sort of book occasionally, but it has to have something special about it.
Least Favourite Season: Autumn. She doesn't really hate any season, but Autumn signifies the end of Summer, so would be her least favourite.
Overall Least Favourite Thing: Corona does not hate many things, but probably savory muffins. She thinks muffins should be sweet!



A word to describe Corona is passionate, with all of its positive and negative connotations. She is an intense lover and does not only enjoy things, she obsesses over them, fixates on them and turns them into something wonderful and beautiful. If she were to garden, she would not only create a flower patch, she would create a work of art. Her cakes are not merely delicious, they are bouquets of flowers and gorgeous sculptures. She does not write, she paints a canvas with words and colour and imagination.

But this is also her downfall. One cannot love so intensely without heartbreak, and ever small failure leaves its scars. Sometimes it's difficult to pick yourself back up after a fall, and sometimes the rain and the dirt make the perfect mattress and blanket, an incredible comfort. But someone with such strong will and determination as this magnificent Sima can never lay defeated for long. She is one of the lucky ones. Failure makes her eager for success, defeat whispers promises of triumph and scars sing sweet melodies of demons tamed and conquered. She is the lover, the obsessive. A strong leader and a warrior for the defeated. Corona is the unbreakable heart; her scars heal over tougher and bring vows of better days. Her femininity is not a weakness, it is her greatest strength.



Corona was born an only kid to a non-committal mother with a significant lack of knowledge in child rearing and a father who stuck around only long enough to ensure she could fend for herself. Though, all things considered, she believes she has raised herself fairly well. From a young age, she has cooked her own meals, which is likely what made her such a strong leader and fantastic chef. She learned to take initiative and has grown into an independent young lady. Her lack of a carefree childhood doesn't bother her in the slightest. She understands that she has missed out on something, but she sees no point in dwelling on the unchangeable. She feels it has strengthened her as a person, and it's not as though she never got to mess around and play with others, she just learned life skills as well and had a few daily chores.



Corona has many plans for her future, the most important to her being that she wishes to open her own cafe and bakery to share her incredible cakes with the general public. She would rather it be a small, dainty place with beautifully painted and decorated walls and a few round, glass tables for customers. She does not want fame and fortune, only to see people smile and enjoy her hard work.
She also wishes to become a published author for much the same reason, though she also hopes that her writing could help someone or inspire them.
Although family is the last thing on her mind at the moment, being at such a young age, Corona is sure that one day she will settle down and have a litter of her own. She hopes to be able to raise them to be independent, but to also be a better mother than her own and to give them a childhood like her friends'.

Why Do You Want This Sima?
I just adore the design in general. She looks feminine but also a force to be reckoned with! I wouldn't like to get on the wrong side of this gorgeous girl, really. I love the choice of the pinkish purple with the black, because I myself tend to like sort of pastel colours, but I never wear anything but black skinny jeans! And the flowers! Well, I love floral things and I often litter my hair with little clip-in flowers. So, in a nutshell, I feel like the design itself just describes me.

What Do You Plan To Do With The Sima?
I would likely add her to my Charahub and order art from as many great artists as I can. I also plan on trying to adopt other Simas, so I could give her a mate and friends. And of course, I'll draw her myself as well. Maybe once I have a few more Simas (she would be my first) I could really start to build up a good story for them as well.

Why Do I Deserve This Sima?
As cliché an answer as this is: I don't. I haven't done anything particularly special, I'm far from perfect and I'm not even the most incredible person. But I would enjoy owning her. And I would try to keep buying art when I'm not swamped with homework and exams. That's all I can really think of in my favour is that I do love my characters. I draw them often and try not to let them gather dust.
