I might need to explain this gif a bit - it's Adam from the movie "Only Lovers Left Alive". He and his wife Eve are immortal vampires who lead a long-distance relationship. Adam has grown terribly tired of our modern world and society, he is melancholic and stoic and spends most of his time on rock music. Since biting humans is not an option nowadays (not socially acceptable xD), he and Eve need to consume blood from blood preservations - for example in frozen form as popsicles, which he is doing in the gif.
I chose this gif because it represents the character that I have in mind for this guy in two ways.
Firstly, the symbolical level. Like Adam in the movie, I see this stallion as a rather melancholic pal that is tired of the way things are nowadays. I see him as an old soul who enjoys the finer aspects of life like listening to the orchestra of the mountain river and the birds and bees without being interrupted, or a deep and purposeful conversation about the meaning of life, things that are becoming rarer in a world that gets faster and more superficial and repetitive day by day. This leads him to feeling bored and out of place, he tries to cope, to find alternatives, but oftentimes it is all too much, too fast. How out of place must a vampire feel when he has to retreat to blood popsicles because biting is not allowed? Yes, that's about how this stallion feels.
Then the literal level. Despite this guy being more on the melancholic and seemingly uninterested side of things, he does have a streak in him that causes him to provoke. He can turn incredibly morbid and, if we imagine for a moment that equids could do human stuff, he would be the kind of guy who in fact sits down and eats a blood popsicle simply for the sake of shocking others.
