Overall he expresses little emotion, although every now and then a seemingly unrelated topic will come up and make him crack, causing everyone to wonder what could possibly have happened in his past.

The stallion highly likes to help others, indifferent if he knows them or not. Though, he does have a negative side, displaying his naivity, stubborness and short-temper. Cilas can become fire and flame if he has made up his mind about an argument and is stubbornness lead that his short-temper is kicking in, making the situation hard to resolve.

Personality: Neptune has had quite the difficult life for a creature that dwells among precarious mountain cliffs and icy slopes; he's virtually blind. He cannot make anything out in great detail unless it is literally right in front of his nose. This has led to some pretty catastrophic accidents for the fellow - a broken rib or two from some slips, tons of sprained ankles, and even some injuries you wouldn't think of such as scratches from tree branches that he just walks right into! But despite all his hardships, Neptune stays positive and loves life, even if it means he can't go for the "romps about the rocks" that his friends will occasionally take off on. Instead he has found some quieter means of entertainment, and some very close friends to share his time with.
