I have taken to calling this boy "Theta Sigma"; you may not recognize the name's significance, as it is from the Classic years of Who... However, it was a nickname the Doctor went by when he was attending (or visiting; it's not specified) the Time Lord Academy on Gallifrey.
Informally, he was known as "Thete", which is, obviously, a shorter version of Theta Sigma.

The Doctor has had many catchphrases throughout his long life; little tidbits that have defined each regeneration in one way or another. Nine had Fantastic and Ten had Alons-y and I'm so sorry; Eleven had Geronimo. Each phrase had it's own meaning to their respective Doctors.
Thete here may use a mixture of all three, depending on his mood. Why stick to just one?
"That would be as boring as the blue boring-er."

However... There is one phrase that every Doctor uses, and everyone knows.
