Okay so with the help of the lovely Staz I have come to a conclusion:

Congrats to BavarianSoul with Sabbaione!
I was blown away by the amount of effort you put into your form! I could tell that you poured your heart and soul into this and there is no doubt in my mind that you'll take care of him well.

However there were two other forms that caught my eye and I have also decided to make two runner ups.

I loved how both of you arranged your forms and, while your content wasn't as comprehensive as BavarianSoul's, both of you brought some excellent writing to the table. Please PM me with a pastel goth-ish colour palette and some accessories and I'll make you your runner ups!
