I would name is jewel mane dragon Autumn. It is a little unusual for this dragon, but I think it fits her for a reason I really cant explain.

Name: Jace. I chose the name Jace because, well, there is a book series called The Mortal Instruments {not sure if you know of it or not....} and one of the characters name is Jace. Actually, one of the main characters to be exact.

Accessory: He has a ring with an M on it. Originally he thought it was a W until he learned the truth about his father. He used to think the W stood for Wayland, which he thought was his last name but truth be told it stands for Morgenstern.

When I set eyes on her I imediantly thoughtof Augest, sandy beaches with the water lapping at your feet, and little sea creatures swimming and crawling, soaring an slideing all liveing togeather in harmony, amusement parks with wooden roller coasters that clank and moan up that one first hill then freeze for a split second in silence, before diveing down the hill, roaring into life. Waterslides, some many stories high, with a hard sprint up the stairs, but a more than rewarding prize as your adreneline spikes and you send water flying off the edge of the slide before crashing into the water below with a splash. I needed a name that captured the essence of all of this. One that yould tell a tale of adventure and fun, of the amazeing things that come with summer. A name that reflects all that she resembles, all that is her inside and out. I had trouble finding a good name for her. I finally settled on one name that captured the essence of Summer in all it's glory. Summer High. It's that joy you feel that first day of whatever type of summer break you have. That joy of going out to parks and beaches with friends and family. The joy of running through sun filled fields, turned golden by the lack of rain. It is the feeling of summer being yours, you can do what you want when you want. It is a marvoulouse feeling that leaves wonderful memories danceing in your brain for years to come. So that is her name. Summer High.

It needed to be one that captured every single aspect of summer. But there are so many aspects of summer and all around the world they are different! What could capture every single one of them in a beautiful, fun, yet elegant way? Then it hit me, a silver chain necklace with many trinkets hangeing from it. And every summer she obtains more trinkets that describe her summer. She just started this summer but soon the chain will be overflowing with all of summers delights hanging from it.
