Much like the sun and the moon, Apolline and Kurasa are complete opposites. Rarely seen together, it's easy to see why they don't see each other very often.

But, just like the sun and the moon, on rare occasions an 'eclipse' happens and the two of them can be seen together dancing playfully in the sky, almost looking like twins.

His relation to Kurasa : Hikami has a complicated relationship with his little brother, being terribly proud, yet utterly shy and self-doubting at the same time, it is very difficult for him to show affection. He love him, and would give his life for him in an instant, but when it comes time to show it, he simply can't. He becomes embarrassed and will push him away even when all Kursa needs is a gentle word and assurances that he is wanted. Thus he often falls back on a sort of tough-love, trying to help Kursa succeed, pushing him to be the best he can. Truth be told, he needs his little brother as much as he needs Hikami, and would be lost and empty without him. The two complete each other in ways they themselves do not completely understand.
