How is Kalons Adopts special to you: For awhile I've silently admired these beautiful adopts, until about a month ago when I finally got up the courage to try for some, and now that I recently got one of my own I couldn't be happier to be apart of this community. Everyone within it truly seems so friendly and creative, and you can clearly see all the time and effort and love every artist puts into their adopts, and all the care and creativity put into the forms of those trying for every magnificent creation. Before I left CS for a time when I realized writing was what i wanted to do, I saw them around, and seeing them still active and very popular makes me so glad. The prompts given for adopts, the designs, they're so inspiring and it's so nice to be able to write for different things, and to get back into drawing when I used to feel like everything I drew was horrible. Being able to create worlds and stories is what I love, and it's so nice I can do that here, and it's so awesome to see others doing the same. I also got so many sweet welcomes when I posted on the fanclub for the first time as well, which is something I rarely get, and that just makes them all the more special.

high noon: You're the only member of the staff I've actually talked with, and it was just such a pleasant experience. You didn't feel intimidating or closed off or anything like that, which I'm unfortunately sensitive too, so thank you so much for that. Your art is so lovely as well, and you work so hard and I hope you get the appreciation you deserve for that. I also hope that you're doing alright with your anxiety since I know you've mentioned that before. I'd love to talk to you more but I'm too shy ahhh
Medd: honestly after the digging event for the lunar new year I have so much respect for you. getting a list of all those hundreds of users and then rolling results must have taken ages, even with help, and on top of that, making kalons to go along with it, I don't know how you have the time. I love your designs so much as well ngl

Wicced!Witch and Karmel: just, thank you for keeping this wonderful species alive and thriving <3 you both do so much hard work, I can't even begin to imagine what being an owner is like. I'm an artist and co-owner of another species, which is already a lot, but it's no where near as out there as these guys, so thank you again for doing all you do <3

How is Kalons Adopts special to you:

This species is special to me because it's driven me to be more creative, think about stories more and has improved my art so much. writing is one of my passions, it probably always has been, but until I came across kalons I hadn't written properly for ages. since then I've written so many stories. Even a 17000+ word story at one point (looking back on that I feel really bad because that must of taken ages to read through?) I feel that my writing has significantly improved due to trying out for so many comps, same goes for my art. I've got to experiment with shading and many other things, it's really fun and relaxing to colour some art in to go with my entry tbh. I'm not the best at talking to others, but everyone in the community seems so nice? it's quite fun to read through the posts in the fan club!

How is Kalons Adopts special to you: i mean, i'll admit, i'm not all that active of kalon adopts, but i do love it with all of my heart. i've been around since the early early kals, but only ever started getting my own until later. along the way, it's really helped me in my character development. i take time to look over winners' forms to see what sort of things they did and though about what would make the most interesting character for that particular kalon. i think kalons have definitely helped me improve in character development skills, and for that, i love it.

How is Kalons Adopts special to you: The creative outlet that Kalons gives me are what make them special to me. I’ve known about Kalons for a long time, but was never interested in adopting one until last year. I won my first Kalon, Sybil, during a time of change in my life - I was in a comfortable job, but had accepted a new one where I didn’t know much about what I was getting myself into. I was quite stressed thinking about my decisions, fretting and suffering over what choices I should make, but Kalons gave me a place where I could channel my energy into something that explored my creativity and love for developing characters.
Give a shout out to a fellow community or staff member for the species: naumachy - they’re a bomb artist, and super sweet, and definitely didn’t spark my interest in Kalons ahaha c; Their art gives me life inspiration, and makes me want to improve myself all the time.

How is Kalons Adopts special to you: Before kalons, I really did not have any interactions on this sight besides trades and adopting CS pets because I was too afraid to post anywhere. Eventually, after seeing so many kalons and becoming interested in them, I decided to work up the courage to post and try out for adopts as well as to post on the fanclub. Through this, I have met many nice people in this friendly community, and I'd love to meet more ^^ Thus, even though I am still pretty timid on CS, I've become less shy and believe I can keep improving in that regard. In addition to all this, kalons have really encouraged me to improve my digital art and my designs. I don't think I'd be where I am today in that aspect if it wasn't for kalons! For all this, I'm so grateful for kalons!!

SyntheticFox - You are a really nice person and fun to talk to! Thank you for trusting me with growing Aires and then Justice afterwards. I enjoy doing growths for you because I know that I can rely on you to honestly tell me any discrepancies in a growth. Also, your pixels are very cute and always nice to see ^^
Sixbane - I admire each of your designs, nursery batches, and growths and how fast you are able to complete each one, and all of your art is beautiful as well. I am so glad that you're a part of the kalon staff! You are honestly such a big inspiration also, and give me reason to keep trying to improve my designs and art and timing! I am also in awe of how even when are in a bad emotional state, you still seem very willing to help out others in the kalon community with nursery batches and growths. I really hope you start to feel better soon and continue improving in your mental and physical states.
néktar - I am also very glad that you're on the kalon staff! From my perspective, you are very reliable and quick on approvals. You have approved some of my growths and kalon edits, which I am very grateful for. I am positive that I can rely on you for when I need approvals and for kalon events!
kanadensis - You give off a very pleasant feeling and seem so nice! All of your kalons are also very nice, and I'm glad that a couple of my kals are mates with yours c: Also, your art is very precious, and you have such a nice soft style. I will also say that your growths are very will done, as I see so many of your growths around and hear so many compliments on your growths. I should talk to you more, but I'm so shy and afraid to be a burden ;;^^
Obliivous - I adore your art and all of your nursery batches! Your nursery batches always have such unique designs and a wonderful style, and I am so glad that you became an official nursery artist! I feel very blessed that you role my ticket for your first nursery batch, as each kit turned out so wonderful and better than anything I could have imagined!

How is Kalons Adopts special to you: Firstly it's a great outlet for designing and improving yourself and watching others improve lol. I really enjoy seeing what everyone else makes and how they develop their characters. I don't know the community that well yet but the people I have met are really kind and nice to be around; and I'm pretty excited to meet more people as time goes on.

How is Kalons Adopts special to you:
Ive never really been an active member of the community because of my commitments in life, but it makes me really happy to see how amazing everyone here is. My first kalon was a runner up for #16 so I've been following this species almost since the beginning and it has been wonderful to watch it grow and i will continue to do so hopefully becoming more active in the community. However even if i don't i will always enjoy developing my kals and trying for new ones. i feel like i get a little bit better at writing or art or developing characters every time.
