DAY ELEVEN
Username: Alledowaya
Writing: (This will be in the point of view as an anthro instead of feral)
The windows of the room were shining with morning light. Sabaid was laying in bed, still covered in blankets and pillows from tossing and turning in the night. With a groan from the light crossing her eyes, she sat up and yawned. The sunrise was gorgeous, but she couldn't deal with so much light right now, her headache was still apparent. Her hooves stomped on the stone floor to each of the windows, so that she could shut the burgundy curtains on all of them. With that done she sighed, her head pounding a little less from the light. Sabaid got dressed, throwing on her favorite pair of jeans for work, and a closely fitted, but not tight, shirt. She needed a solid range of movement otherwise she might drop things on accident.
Her breakfast consisted of grains and fruit on a typical day, today she was having oatmeal with strawberries, not her favorite but it was still delicious. Sabaid brushed out her mane and tail and finally walked up to the roof of her home. When she walked around the corner of the stairs, it became humid and hot, and when Sabaid finally made it to the top she could see her most treasured things. Her mini jungle. Plants of all kinds grew where many thought impossible, but just because all Sabaid could afford was a small town home did not mean she had to give up her hobby. She was lucky to have her most favorite thing as a job, she grew plants for those starting their own gardens, and made beautiful bouquets for those shopping for gifts. Part of the shop was open, and had a cashiers desk sitting near a door that lead outside. Instead of having customers go through her home, she had hired someone to construct a staircase up to the second floor and directly to her jungle.
Off she went on her daily tasks, she spent a better part of the day just watering all of the plants, she had not yet set up a sprinkler system. In the back she noticed her creeping vines turning brown in some places, and took a pair of shears to trim them. Her flowers were doing amazingly as always, and her prized plum tree at the center was heavy in fruit. She would need to collect the ripe ones before they fell and made a mess. Once the normal chores were complete she set up a table near the door and began to sow seeds in starter plots for strawberries, her own strawberry bush was not producing enough to sell, so she kept that one specifically for her own needs. The little seeds for strawberries settled in the medium, and Sabaid set them next to her already full grown strawberry plant. They would take a while to grow, but until then she could make signs for them and get people excited for when they were ready to go to new homes.
Her days were always filled with caring for her plants, and she hoped that she would always be able to do this. Looking at the sun again, it was already evening, and she closed up shop until the next morning.Tolter: Sabaid
