Whew finally got some time to type out the winner

This judging process was so difficult because there were so so many entries that were wonderful ! ;v;
Not to mention that this is the last Kia of mine to be adopted out - I was extra extra picky!

The top decision for the choice has came down to the effort that was seen on the forms - especially with how the character was portrayed through the art and the words. As much as I would LOVE to give out 2 more runner ups, it is impossible since I am no longer a Kiamara artist~ SO

after a loong long process of elimination and getting 3 other people to help me the winner of this Kiamara is....

I absolutely loved the unique idea of the sketchbook being a ' Portfolio' Review kind of thing which definitely was fun to look at!
Aside from the wonderful art , the descriptions as well as the extra careful details were great to look at!
Just looking at the form as a whole, I know she'll be in good hands !

I would also like to congratulate DreamerDaWolf who was a very close candidate ;v; !!
Your form was also perfect, it's a shame I cannot do anything to make up for your loss ; - ;
