Chicoon your using: Etch
Reaction: When Etch saw Slush approaching, he already knew how she was going to react. He tried to keep himself cool and collected, but couldn't help but frown as Slush began to belittle his throw. Etch watched helplessly as the chicoon pointed her finger at him, laughing hysterically. She would say comments such as, "I bet you thought you got it huh?" and "I bet a whelp could throw farther than you!" while pointing to the target and back to Etch. After she kept digging, Etch finally snapped and exclaimed, "At least I hit the corner of it! If you think everyone is so bad at this, I would like to see you try!" he huffed. Slush let out one last laugh before directing her focus to Etch. She smirked and offered Etch her close-fisted paw, "Tell you what, how about you try again? I don't think you'll do any better than last time, but" she tilted her head to the left, "I would love to see you try and prove me wrong". Etch nodded confidently before holding his open paw beneath hers. Slush then opened her paws, but there was no ball. She smirked, "You really thought I was going to give you another ball? For FREE?" she began to laugh once more, "No no. You must give me a ticket. Only winners get prizes and you are a loser." Etch felt his eyebrows furrow in anger as he looked up at her. He thought about arguing with Slush, but it didn't seem like a fight that could be won. Instead, Etch pulled out the ugliest ticket he had and gave it to Slush.

Chicoon: Etch
Prompt: During his previous attempt, Etch found himself feeling nervous and guilty about participating in the dunk booth. Slush's rather rude introduction to the dunk booth really ruined his spirit; therefore, he did not feel confident in his ability to hit the target. The way she spoke also made him feel that the game was pretty much rigged since she assured Etch that he would not be able to hit the target. Besides this, he couldn't help but look at the seemingly sad chicoon that was actually sitting atop the dunk booth platform. Although he felt guilty yesterday, Etch decided that today he is going to really try his hardest to hit the target. At worst, the chicoon may be sad that they are wet and cold, but Etch could apologize to them afterward and maybe offer them a treat such as cotton candy. At best, he will dunk the chicoon, prove Slush wrong, and not have to suffer another belittling session. His mind was made up. Etch grabbed the nicest-looking ball he could find before confidently walking over to the throwing area. There, he straightened up his body and formed a tight grip on the ball. Focusing hard on the target, Etch held the ball above his head and was ready to throw. Just before he threw the ball, he heard a loud scream coming from Slush. She yelled, "At least you'll be a confident loser!" and began to laugh. Etch's mouth curled and his eyes rolled as he released the ball. He watched as the ball flew through the air, eventually hitting the target! His mouth formed the biggest smile before exclaiming, "Who's the loser now!!!" and pointed at Slush. He danced around in circles chanting, "You're the loser!" and "I did it". His cheering was broken by the sound of Slush yelling, "Oh yeah? You did it, huh? Then why wasn't the chicoon dunked?" Etch froze. He looked at the dunking booth in front of him and noticed that the chicoon actually didn't fall into the water. Slush began to laugh before saying, "Just because you lightly touched the target doesn't mean the chicoon will fall! I'll admit you did hit the target, but you must be weaker than I thought!" Etch felt his blood boil as he angrily marched over to Slush, who was once again tickled by his failure. He got closer to her and began to yell, "What do you mean I didn't hit it HARD enough!? I HIT the TARGET! That's the ENTIRE POINT!" he scoffed. Slush threw up both of her arms before saying, "Yeah yeah, you did hit it, but you have to throw it hard enough to knock it down! It's not my fault you throw like a whelp, maybe you should work on that." she turned around and proceeded to walk away, telling Etch, "You know where to find me if you want to try again, LOSER!"
